This is a great house !! It was so clean and so cozy. A great basement with tons of stuff for the kids and adults! The amenities in the development were nice to have too. We skied Shawnee and this was a very convenient location, only 16 minutes to the mountain. Overall everything was great, I would totally recommend this house.

The space was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated for the season. We had ample space for the entire family (7 adults, 5 children). Lots to do in the home - game room, loft area was a cozy spot to hang out and do a puzzle, the main living room area was great for gathering the family around the fireplace. The kids loved seeing all the deer in the morning. Since we stayed during the winter we did not utilize the beautiful deck, but I imagine if we were there during a different season - we would have spent a lot of time outside.We took the children sledding, tubing, swimming, and just playing outside too. We also drove to Jim Thorpe for the train ride. Very enjoyable, however, we wished we had planned for a longer visit there because it was a lovely town and we will definitely be back.Overall, the home was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated.

it was a nicely updated and clean house where we had games inside the house while it was raining.Only thing I misunderstood was that the loft wasn't a loft.But, overall, we enjoyed very much staying at the house.You may upgrade/revise the garbage disposal process which will make the place the best. Thanks.

The property is gorgeous, the porch is among the tree tops and the we really enjoyed the views and relative solitude. Well stocked kitchen, fun game room and comfy beds were highlights. The price is right and the location there was some over communication from the property managers, from booking to arriving I got a series of emails and texts many of which had small tasks associated such as filling out online paper work or sending photos of drivers licenses and listing all the guests. It wasn’t a big deal but a more stream lined process would have been appreciated. There was also some confusion regarding towels, their welcome packet said in multiple places that only hand towels were provided, we didn’t see this until just before we arrived and we had to confirm with the managers that there were actually towels. Nothing came of it but it was odd.We had a great stay overall and would stay there again

Amazing house with an amazing host!

The house is very nice, better even than the pictures look. Great patio, spacious living room, and the pool table down stairs is a legit, well kept pool table. Better condition than any other rental property pool table I’ve stay at. I also needed to reach out to the host several times over my stay for various reasons and got a response so fast. They are very attentive and clearly care about the guest experience. I highly recommend staying here.

Joey and Renae were very easy to work with and super accommodating. We went for a guys golf weekend and it was perfect. There were plenty of beds, the house was super clean and it had everything we needed. Great stay!

Enjoyed a great four-day weekend with two families. House was clean and enough space for both families of 5. Community, though older, had decent amenities. The fire pit and porch were perfect outdoor hang outs, along with the basement and TVs in every room. Wifi was great and kitchen sufficient.

Beautiful Property; Super Clean and Comfy!

We had a great stay. The location is beautiful, nestled up against some woods so you have a nice private place to sit for a fire or to sip coffee in the morning. The inside was very comfy, with welcoming decor, and couldn't have asked for a cleaner place. Definitely recommend!

Excellent family getaway

We stayed at the Treetop Lodge for four days over spring break and had a fantastic time! The place is immaculately clean, and even more spacious than the pictures show in the listing. We spent a lot of time in the basement, playing pool, ping pong, foosball, games, puzzles, etc. There are several cozy spots throughout the house to snuggle up and take a nap, watch a movie, or just chillax. The grill out back got a lot of use for cooking up a quick dinner, and the firepit was a hit for making smores. The hosts were extremely responsive and quickly addressed a couple very minor issues. It's a short drive from Bushkill Falls (which I highly recommend), but a bit distant from some of the other Poconos attractions (i.e. the various waterparks/resorts). Overall - a magnificent property, super clean, cozy and fun, with top-notch hosts, would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Area

We were looking for a quiet weekend away, and this home was perfect! With a living room on each level and a game room in the basement (with lots of options for fun), there was plenty of room when we needed alone time and when we all got together. Highly recommend!
