The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: BRL 100 per vehicle
• Airport shuttle fee per child: BRL 100 (up to 4 years old)
• Pet fee: BRL 100.00 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Rollaway bed fee: BRL 100.0 per day
• Bed sheets fee: BRL 100 per bed, per night (or guests may bring their own)

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business, or profession. The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation. This property accepts credit or debit cards, major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club. Cash is not accepted. This property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card prior to arrival. Noise-free guestrooms cannot be guaranteed.
The property is professionally cleaned. Guests can access their rooms with a mobile device.

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to traveling for more information.
• Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Reservations are needed for golf tee times. For reservations, contact the aparthotel before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 2 children 6 years old and younger stay free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Connecting/adjoining rooms are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property at the number on your booking confirmation.
• Pets are welcome in specific rooms only, which can be requested by contacting the property directly at the number on your booking confirmation (please see the Fees section for related charges).
