nice hotel, the rooms look aged a little but are still fine. Hotel is on the main road and also backs onto the road by the sea. so a quick walk into rua das pedras is nice.

Horrible, horrible!

Not what I expected from the pictures. Old aircon unit sounded like a vaccum cleaner. Old bad/mattress way past its shelf life. A bath that takes 1 hour to fill. Little bugs everywhere in the room, flies hopping all over the breakfast food. Staff apathetic when I reported the above issues. I guess they are used to complaints. Sorry for the negative review but I had to be honest! There are loads of beautiful pousadas in Buzios so I encourage all international visitors to stay away from this place!

Good hotel and in a quiet nice area of Buzios. The hotel staff are polight but not very service minded. Also room clealiness could be better.

Great Location

Very good experience. Staff was great, hotel is great in a wonderful location. It is about a 5 minute walk to Rua das Pedras. We wanted to be close to all the shopping and this was the best.

Great Hotel. Great location. Poor front desk service

The hotel location is good (close to fun Centro and nightlife); pool is great (the best in Buzios); rooms comfortable (make sure you get pool or ocean view and that the room is mosquitoes free). Negative part is service. On arrival no staff accompanied us to the room (despite more than 5 standing in the lobby). On arrival to the room the balcony door was opened and room had mosquitoes all over. Called front desk for assistance and was given spray to fumigate the room after I called 3 times. No one care to go to the room to inspect how bad it was. The front desk clerk kept insisting it was normal, after I fumigated twice over a period of 5 hours the situation did not improved much. The Front desk was very reluctant to change the room insiing it was normal to have mosquitos and have the balcony door left open. I insited further fumigation and wait was not an option and front desk clerk agreed to cahange room. The new room was just next door and it was mosquito free so it was not “normal” the situation in the initial room. Once I moved to the new room all was good. The Hotel is really great just needs better service

A estadia poderia ter sido melhor

Hotel bem localizado, em frente a praia da Armação. Área da piscina muito bonita, café da manhã bom . O hotel é antigo, bonito,mas precisa melhorar a manutenção. O colchão da minha cama estava tão velho que sentia as molas machucando minhas costas! Como fui dar um passeio e cheguei tarde da noite estava cansada para trocar de quarto. Enfim, tive uma noite bem ruim e mal dormida!

Os pontos positivos são a localização (bem no centro de Búzios, próximo à rua das pedras), a estrutura do hotel é bem funcional (destaque para a piscina). Negativamente, cito a frieza e falta de cordialidade da recepção (parecem funcionários de repartição pública), e considerei o café da manhã bem basicão (igual ao de qualquer hotel de menor expressão).

Foi otima! Quase tudo! Só uma coisa que incomodou a mim e ao meu marido: o pessoal que atende na recepção. Pra nós, eles tinham que ser pessoas mais cordiais, se o cliente tiver duvidas, ajudá-lo à entender ao inves de responder de forma ríspida. Fora isso, tudo otimo!

A nossa viagem foi para comemorar o início das nossas férias e aniversário de 2 anos de casamento. Realizei uma reserva para uma categoria com 1 cama de casal, todavia quando entramos no quarto tinham feito a famosa "cama francesa" (composta por 2 camas de solteiro que são juntadas com 1 base fina de casa de casal). Foi muito desconfortável nos 2 primeiros dias, e a nossa hospedagem era de 7. Então conversamos com o recepcionista Vagner e o mesmo resolveu nosso problema nos trocando para um quarto que tinha verdadeiramente 1 cama de casal e ainda nos deu um upgrade, um profissional simpático e educado. Sou do ramo da hotelaria e trabalho já tem 5 anos na área, e agradeço a empatia que ele teve comigo e meu esposo, pois o recepcionista que nos atendeu no check in não teve esse cuidado. Os quartos são amplos, a limpeza ótima, café da manhã bom (só falta colocar mais 1 pessoa para dar suporte ao menino da tapioca, quando tinha muita gente no café ele ficava enrolado um pouquinho), a piscina maravilhosa e a vista para a praia da Armação melhor ainda. Quero voltar em outra ocasião, mas espero que esses pontos melhorem.

No checking tivemos que esperar 01h30m para liberarem alegando que tinha limpar o quarto isso após as 14. O café da manhã com muito barulho muito dele por falta de capricho dos funcionários que aparentemente apresentavam um mal humor aparente com os hóspedes, falta de capricho nas disposições dos alimentos do café da manhã.
