Habitación con gotera en el techo, llovió y tuvimos que poner un tarro para contener el agua que mojaba la cama. No limpiaron la habitación un día, ni hicieron la cama. No habia toallas. Desayuno pobre, muy pobre.

Our experience in this hotel was terrible. When we arrived, it took like 20 mins for them to find our reservation. Breakfast: they offer the same few things evey day, mostly bread, srambled eggs always too salded. They serve it too late, it starts at 8am, you cannot take breakfast if you have a tour or something scheduled. Room: - The mattress smelles terrible. - There were no shampoo, we asked for it but they never gave us any. We had to request shower soap too. - The white towels are not white at all. The staff was not helpful in several situations, they simply didn't care. I can't recomend this property to anyone, I will never stay at this place again.

We left the property one day early out if a 3 day stay . Expedia totally misrepresented this property . We paid for a master suite of 25 square metres and received a tiny studio of 15 square metres. Nobody there can speak or comprehend a word of English so our complaints fell on deaf ears . This property is rated as a 3 star but is a 1 Star at best. I have requested a full refund from Expedia but have not even had the courtesy of a reply

Rooms weren’t cleaned properly we had to change room because ants in our bed also every day ants were all over the breakfast that was lying out. We changed rooms and pointed this out but staff weren’t bothered. It wasn’t high season and when I asked about buying food they said it wasn’t available yet the chef was always making staff food even had a BBQ. I don’t recommend staying at this property it’s location is not in an easy place unless you have a hire car.

This place has the most amazing view of Buzios. It is quite and clean and the staff is amazing. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff was beyond friendly and very accommodating. They were always smiling and very helpful. I can’t emphasize that enough. They also speak Spanish and English and of course Portuguese as well. It’s perfect for romance or just a nice stay with your family. I have stayed at several other Hotels in the area over the past two years and I must say that this Pousada is worth the money and the amenities are sufficient. I have nothing negative to say. I was very happy with my stay. I will be staying here again in the future. Also they upgraded my room for free as a courtesy. They have good food to order as well. If you like beautiful views on Buzios with the ocean and within walking distance to the beach then this is the place to stay for a very reasonable price with an amazing staff.

Cozy and friendly boutique hotel

The most friendly hotel we have ever been to in Brazil. Mr.Paulo also know as Seu Paulo is the hotel owner, he welcomed us when we arrived asking one of the staff members to take our luggage to the room while he invited us to have some coffee and cake. He make himself and his staff available to fulfill our needs at anytime. The room was clean and cozy has a little balcony with an inviting hammock and a wonderful water view. Breakfast was delicious. Seu Paulo said that we could used the facilities even after the checkout that was really nice. He said that we could go to the beach, come back and use a guest bathroom with fresh towels and soap. We decided to check out and spend the rest of the day by the pool, relaxing on a hammock while leasing to relaxing music under the shade with a little breeze. The hotel also offer restaurant services, we had a traditional Brazilian food and back to the hammock before getting on the road. We will definitely be back in the future.

Beautiful-you'll have to walk a bit to get anywher

The place is absolutely beautiful and quiet. The breakfast is great, and the pool is tiny! The hotel is up a hill, and a 20 min walk from the closest beach. The walk can be too much if you have small children (the road is cobblestone and not easy for strollers). ALSO: there is no hotel shuttle bus to downtown and beaches as mentioned in the hotel description!! You will have to either walk, rent a car, or use taxi.

Great service and wonderful food at breakfast!

The hotel room was clean and the place was quiet at night for our sleeping pleasure. It is situated close to the all of the restaurants and the beach. In particular, the staff was so pleasant and helpful to us. We will return to this hotel in the future!! I give it a ten!!

Nice little pousada

Quiet but still central location with great views. Best breakfast in Brazil. Service is good but not overly refined. Rooms are fine and the balconies are the unique selling points.

Economia x atendimento

A pousada tem tudo para ser boa. Mas os proprietários economizaram com o pessoal. As mesmas duas únicas pessoas responsáveis pelo café da manhã, também são responsáveis pela limpeza. Apesar da boa vontade, elas não dão conta da vazão para atender os hóspedes. As comidas do café acabam rápido. Não dá tempo de limpar as mesas e atender a todos os pedidos dos hóspedes. As toalhas e roupas de cama são velhas e encardidas. O tapete do chão de banheiro e quase um pano de chão. Um dia não limparam meu quarto porque não deu tempo, pela logística aplicada no local (começam de baixo e meu quarto era de cima aí as duas únicas colaboradoras, não conseguiram limpa-ló no período que fiquei fora - de 11 às 16) . Acho que o local tem tudo para ser bem melhor. Mas é preciso deixar de economizar com o pessoal, sobretudo na alta temporada
