Our room had such a noisy frig that we unplugged it at 3:00 AM . Fancy shower, but you can't turn the control knobs with soap on your hands. We had no sheets on the bed.Not a wash cloth to be found. Forgot about the 2 inch step down from the bathroom and aggravated an existing back injury. Never got a parking pass which worried my wife all night. The waiter was busy with larger groups and tok away the limes ,unused on his first pass.Never offered to bring more ice ,ours was gone half way through the meal. This sounds terrible but we'd come again and hope the staff, which was very helpful, just gets a little better and we would be a bit more prepared. The waitress that wants to be a journalist deserves a raise. No sheets was a first.

Stay was good. Upon arrival we were helped immediately. The view was great. I would suggest adding a microwave. And have a streaming service (e.g., Netflix, Amazon) readily available.

We thought this place would be a relaxing beach stay but between the next door restaurant workers yelling outside after hours. Cars blasting music or neighbors outside partying it was less than restful. The place was ok but we were kept up most the nights

Spent 5 nights here during a couple week trip to the island and solo. Shower was the best shower I had in PR. I was never bored between the music playing, the beach and navigating the places to eat/drink around the area. I like to beach comb and walk and the area is made for that. I’d def stay again and will.
