We're from Oklahoma City Oklahoma and this is our first time staying at the Aquarius. We arrived around 11:45 a.m. and check in wasn't until 4:00 p.m. we were greeted and allowed to pre-check in with Beach passes, towel passes and casino passes! We were able to leave our luggage in a safe place while we explored the property. We were able to check in 2 hours before actual check-in with the help of the hotel staff. Best hotel, best experience.

The room's air conditioning was at 62 degrees and it would not turn off. We froze all night and there were no blankets and no hot water in the sink in the bathroom! The phone did not work. We had to call maintenance to turn off the AC at the breaker and turn off the cold water at the bathroom sink (that really did not help). Pigeons on the porch where we could not sit. There was no screen to keep out the mosquitos and pigeons. We froze.

This hotel was horrible, when I 1st arrived they told me I may not have air conditioning, I had to switch rooms 3 times. There was mold and water dripping from the walls, my second room had drilling construction that awoke us at 8 am every morning, than that rooms ac failed as well, the side bar in the hallway to hold on to if you have trouble walking fell of the wall. The 3rd room was just as awfull. They refused to give a refund, and all other hotels were booked, or way to expensive, so we were stuck there. I was happy to leave and be in my own bed

During the dates of your stay we were affected with record breaking temperatures and our a/c unit wasn't working to its 100%, you were called beforehand to cancel your reservation and be given the full refund and you declined. Whiles staying with us you we granted compensation for the condition of the room. We have since them taken measures to ensure this kind of situation doesn't repeat itself. Hope you have a great day!

It was easy access to main road and highway
the outside of the property was well maintained, the rooms could use some updates. There were roaches by the microwave. And our room had a fire detector that was blinking all through the night. when we mentioned it to the counter clerk they stated they were aware of it but nothing had been done still :(. for the most part the crew was very pleasant oh the best part the faucet by sink by microwave was loose so to open it we had to be very careful not to cause more damage the maintenance could get some improvement.
