This place is outdated, especially the bathrooms. The elevators are old. The floors are disgusting. The rugs are filthy. The bathroom is so outdated and old shorts functional you could flush the toilet. Front desk doesn’t help you at all. I spent three days asking to be moved due to noisy neighbors, even tipped the front desk girl, $20 for nothing. Finally the supervisor moved me on my third day thank God she was very nice. Should be more like her there her name was Britney. The pool was very nice Jacuzzi dirty they need to clean it more often and the beach access was very nice..

Yes clean rooms, great staff overall pretty good. The only downside is the parking lot you have to pay separately from the regular fees, it's usually 16 dlrs a day and the rooms can use a little upgrade but everything else was pretty good

The staff were both courteous and professional. I was a bit taken back by the conditions in our room. The sofa had visible stains on them. I had to let the front desk know twice about dingy towels that were placed in our bathroom as well as dead batteries in our remote control. It would be most favorable if the staff had the resources they need to make it a better experience
