The parking system is hard... breakfast is impossible when you have 6 ppl waiting to used one little toaster,ice machine in only two floor is inconvenient, security need it especially at night by the parking garage and not available to have a late check out was not good for me.

The room was found to be infested with bed bugs. As I had never previously encountered such a situation, the discovery was deeply distressing and caused significant emotional shock and trauma.

I checked out within hours of checking in. The room stinks, desk phone to call front desk didn’t even had a tone broken, no towels only one for 4 people. Bad attitude and no intention in help us. I will never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay.

While this property has so much potential, the cleanliness and safety issues out way any good positives. While the view and convenience from the hotel were great. Me and my guest left with bed bugs, dirty towels, dirty sheets, stained couch, no house keeping, and orange slices plus coffee for breakfast everyday. I do not recommended this hotel to anyone save yourself the trouble. Urgent care is not fun nor cheap!

The breakfast service was excellent and the lady on charge was humble and helpful. Also the lady on the counter. The room was ok, the odor of humidity was awful. The parking was far (poor ♿) from the entrance of the hotel. At night the illumination outside is poor. Not option again to stay.

This hotel was a good value but has become a bit dated. Parking is not on site but with some effort works, just hard to figure out. Some staff very helpful, some not helpful at all. Had to request room cleaning. Probably will choose a different hotel on our next visit to PR

The room was very clean and neat. The view of the room balcony was beautiful . The only problem is the walk from the parking lot to the hotel, since they use the one from paseo caribe. Everything else was really great
