We enjoyed staying at Ciqala. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, specially Joshua, he went above and beyond to meet our needs. I had forgotten that breakfast was included with our stay, until I received a reminder text to order it for room service the next day. We will certainly stay here again in the future.

Room was clean and staff very helpful. Parking on property can be a problem but they do have a fenced area nearby. Wouldn't recommend the on-site restaurant, very expensive and not food quality that matched the price. Pleasant surprise to have breakfast brought to your room.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the location was great, and the free parking and breakfast were a nice bonus. The only downside was being on the eighth floor directly below the rooftop restaurant. It was very loud until after 11 p.m. each night and started back up around 6 a.m. I’d recommend requesting a room on a lower floor if possible.
