Hotel was beautiful, clean but was missing night activities like music, dj, shows and night lights and heated pools ( water in the ocean was warmer than pool)

Caution,Fan duel people across the street try to bump and run your credit card information and are working with resort staff. This is the worst guest experience of all the trips I’ve been on. Took 45 minutes to check in and every staff member had an excuse not to help. Resort room had broken tiles on the floor and the smallest refrigerator I’ve ever seen. They have four microwaves in the lobby for all the guests! The beach never had enough chairs to even sit. I’ll never go back and recommend going anywhere else

The pools and beach were beautiful. It is always unfortunate when guests put towels in the chairs next to the pool to “reserve” a space but then don’t remove them when they are done so other guests can enjoy the pool experience as well. The process of waiting in line at the front check in desk to get complimentary bottles of water on the property seems like it could be improved for guests’ convenience. Starbucks and the ice cream shop/cafe are convenient.

The rooms are out dated and not worth 400 for a night stay maybe 250 if that. Room had so much dust.
