Unfortunately, the water pressure in the bathroom sink in our room was horrible and took a long time for water to get warm or hot. Do not like refrigerator in bathroom. Rooms need to be upgraded. As for the staff, they were great. Restaurant closed for some reason.

We were very unhappy with our room. The next morning we stopped at the front desk to let them know and was offered a different room which was okay except it did not have a chair to sit in; we were told we would get one but it never came. The hotel is getting ready for a massive renovation and some of the amenities were closed such as the restaurant. they have two elevators and one was broken upon our arrival and the next day both of the lobby elevators were broken. We were forced to use the elevator outside for the pool. I would like to see the hotel again once it's been renovated because it is a Grand hotel.

Everything was beautiful and in a great location easy to walk the strip. There are so many beautiful seating areas but there is one on a lower level in the back of the hotel. A beautiful scenic view but the patio furniture was old, it was droopy and needed a cushion. There was an exposed piece of metal on one of those chairs that cut my guest. As we went to the lobby for help the guest experience guy was the only person there. He did call for security to bring a first aid kit and take a report and told me he would be there in 5 minutes. I waited about 5 and asked for a follow up all to be told they would not call again and I needed to just wait…. Rude. Followed up as soon as I got home because I don’t play like that.
