Great place. Very clean and amenities great. The only comment or complaint is the fridge, food prep and closet is in the same room as the bathroom and shower. Its got to be a cofe vilation. Anything hanging in the closet will be damp from the shower. And the fridge food area...gross.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean. There was a situation with my room and it was handled immediately. The only thing I didn’t like was the Hilton is connected and you can use their restaurants, gym, and their pool. The breakfast at the Hilton was not pleasant and this afternoon there was rude. The Condado Plaza is a wonderful hotel amazing all around. I would definitely be back

For starters there is no microwave and the fridge is in the bathroom! When i got to the hotel to check in i had to pay extra money for security deposit and resort fees and another deposit! I was told Expedia cannot guarantee a specific room so even though I paid extra for a specific ocean view room, Expedia has no control over what room we will actually get when we check in. The first room I checked in was dirty the floor was so slippery and the bed was wet! We got placed in room #2 there was no light in the room just in the hallway by the door.. and there were ants bad ants and in the bathroom was the biggest roach looking bug i have ever seen in my life!!! I asked to be moved to the connected hotel across the walkway they avoided my request and moved me to another room. Room #3 the shower leaked and the faucet was broke it got water all over the counter. This hotel needs a serious renovation. The poor staff do their best to accommodate you but it’s the actual business that needs help. The staff is so nice and understanding and honestly the issues i had were out of their hands. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone until they remodel it.

The room needs major updating. Old electric plug ins sparked. The house phone didnt work, The decor is outdated and worn. No USB plugs. The staff was great. The common areas are in good condition, the pool lovely. The waitstaff at the pool very nice. A dehumidifier would be helpful, as the tile floors were so wet from moisture in the air, It was dangerously slippery.

The front desk doesnt answer the phone, there is one elevator and it’s slow and broken every other day. The maid service is mediocre at best, they left dirty glasses in my room one day and left half opened soap in the shower and didnt even clean the shower, there was hair in there when I got there. The water is hot or scalding nothing even remotely cool or warm, which, is really nice if you come in sweating from outside or like cold showers to wake you up in the morning. The tile floors are super slippery as well. There were people throwing literal parties in the lobby all week and other guests banging on walls all night making sleep very difficult. Overall NOT IMPRESSED. Ive stayef in several hotels in Condado and this is my least favorite so far.

The hotel was extremely outdated especially the room . Chipped paint all around and the cleaning staff weren’t cleaning the rooms properly. We found glass under our beds after night three which means the room was never cleaned properly. Definitely a 2 star hotel . Staff were friendly.
