I booked via Travelocity, and when I checked out I was hit with a $510 resort & parking fee that was not mentioned at check-in.. The rooms facing the main street are very noisy due to construction and motorcycle night cruising. The bathroom vent was not operational. The gym did not have swipe access so it was full of unattended kids playing with the treadmills. Straps and clips were missing from the cable machines.

Property is very out dated. The rooms did not reflect what the rooms actually looked like, description of included amenities in room was was not actual to what was in room. Paint pealing in room, AC leaking on floor and when it kicked in, sounded like someone was breaking into our room. Switched rooms and same conditions, just a bit quieter. Shower leaked on floor, fridge rusted and froze up. Not Hilton Quality and very expensive for what we got! Also charged $35 per day for use of pool.

Clean excellent location, staff was very friendly, no exception, housekeeping was very slow room, not cleaned until 4 o'clock and the coffee bar and pastry bar was very slow

Too expensive for what it really is. Very disappointed. This used to be one of the better hotel in Puerto Rico.

I love the view of the atlantic Ocean, the beach and pools. There was noise because of the construction in process, Some rooms need to be updated.
