Mavila 21-A is a new 2-br ground floor townhome in a full ownership community with access to all Quivira restaurants and bars! This newly decorated townhome has a Master Bedroom with a King bed and en-suite, a 2nd bedroom with Queen Bed and a large screen TV in the living room also in both bedrooms. Blow up mattress and pack and play for use. Full washer/dryer laundry & fully equipped kitchen and charcoal BBQ grill area. Home away from home with acces to Quivira golf club.

The new private refuge for Quivira owners, is located next to the Quivira Golf Clubhouse and the acclaimed Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The unique outdoor environment offers a large swimming pool, a terrace on the edge of the beach, bathrooms with showers and dressing rooms, a fully equipped gym, green areas for special events, and a one-of-a-kind sailboat-shaped cinema where movies are projected on an awning on one of its sails.

LOCATION & RESORTS:

This unit is a special part of our CaboCondoVacations portfolio of 5-star short-term and long-term rental units. Our CaboCondoVacations team is onsite 7 days a week and our owners live in Quivira full time. We own or manage over 25 vacation units in Quivira and are uniquely knowledgeable and helpful on getting the most out of your visit. Our CaboCondoVacations team is on site 7 days a week to make every minute of your vacation perfect.


Mavila is the newest Quivira full-ownership family community with private secure gate. You will feel like you are in an upscale USA or Canadian community + all the advantages of Mexican weather, culture, food and fun!

Guests have access and discounts to some Pueblo Bonito resort amenities but not all. Specifically:

Within the resorts I would recommend:
‱ ’The After’ Sports bar and restaurant at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts.
‱ ’The Market’ Food Hall at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts. This Market area features several different types of food (Deli, Asian, Mexican, Pasta, etc.) which share a common seating area and central bar area.
‱ The Quivira Golf Clubhouse steakhouse and seafood restaurant & bar is not associated with the resorts and our guests have access and discounts. For breakfast and lunch you can often walk in without reservations however reservations are required at dinner (on even priority with hotel guests).
‱ Our guests can access reservable restaurants at the resorts however they are exceptionally busy over the holidays and other busy seasons. The resorts prioritize hotel guests and limit non hotel guests. Practically speaking, there is absolutely no commitment of guest access to resort reservable restaurants.
‱ Our guests do not have access to Pueblo Bonito pools or pool bars unless they purchase the All-Inclusive package at the resorts. This is a new policy in 2025 and any listings claiming to allow this access are out of date.

‱ There are numerous excellent restaurants which have recently opened just outside the Quivira gates given the rapid growth of the Quivira population. These are excellent options with great variety, quality, and value. Please ask for recommendations.

* Resort restaurant and golf club access are subject to reservations and are very full at peak times of year.

Family Trip to Cabo

Mavilla at Quivira was a great get away. Cabo Condo Vacations did a fantastic job of communicating everything and was always available to help when needed. The option to use the neighboring resorts was nice but having to rely on shuttles and taxis took a bit to plan and navigate as all resorts are very spread out. You definitely need to pre-plan days in advance if you didn’t rent a car. Walking is not an option. Even renting a golf cart from Mavilla to any of the other resorts would be a long drive. It was a bit tricky communicating with the property concierge on getting a shuttle or taxi on certain days as we were staying between Christmas and New Years and they were only available certain days of the week to arrange rides for us. So thus, we would not plan to use the other resorts on our next stay unless we had a car. Mavilla is quiet and low key. The condo itself was great, well stocked and very clean. We would definitely come back as this would be great for a long term stay. Thank you Laura and team!

We had a fantastic stay at Mavila in the Quivira community! The experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our unit was brand new, clean, and modern. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals, and we enjoyed having a large TV in the living room as well as TVs in each of the bedrooms. We spent time daily at the community pool which was a perfect oasis to unwind. We enjoyed that the pool was quiet, without the crowds often found at larger resorts. Communication with our host and the Quivira concierge was superb. They were always responsive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, we felt safe throughout our visit, thanks to the gated, guarded entrances at both the main entrance and the Mavila entrance. Another fantastic perk was our access to all of the resorts in Quivira, which came with discounts at their bars and restaurants. This added a lot of variety to our dining options and allowed us to enjoy different atmospheres and cuisines throughout our stay. We opted to rent a car, which allowed us to explore the area at our leisure. However, it's worth noting that the Quivira shuttle system is a great alternative for anyone who prefers not to drive or doesn't have a car. Overall, our experience at Mavila was wonderful, and we will stay here again the next time we are in Cabo! Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with all the modern amenities.
