Along three miles of Pacific coastline property and atop the magnificent Baja Peninsula, the gated beach and golf community of Montecristo Estates offers the discerning vacationer on-site shopping, fantastic dining, challenging golf and recreational opportunities, all within a private, gated community. Dramatically carved into the mountainside, these private and fractional villas are landscaped and manicured to perfection, with stunning vistas, a private clubhouse and community center, and miles of private beaches for fun and relaxation in the warm Mexican sun.

This is an Ultra luxurious “Hacienda-Style” 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom split-level, 4500 square foot [2,800 under roof & 1,700 decks] spacious villa.

A private infinity pool and hot tub, BBQ, patio, full kitchen, laundry, storage, full sized bathroom and closets, TV's in the bedrooms, and much much more (too many to list).

You have room service available 24/7 and housekeeping visits on a daily basis. You have all the amenities of the resort which include concierge, restaurants, health clinic on site for emergencies and illness, cafe, hourly bus to downtown Cabo and back, cigar bar, ocean view gym and amazing spa, also wifi thru out the resort and at the villa.

The villa can be reserved March 15 - 25 (check in 15th, check out 25th by 11:00. I am also very flexible in working with you even if you are making last minute travel arrangements.

The property was ok once the air was fixed

The concierge getting us all the info before we arrived was a nightmare, we paid for all inclusive and never did get receipts, out transportation coupons didn’t get emailed. However two bedrooms did not have air conditioners working for two days, the repair people were in the villa up till 9pm and 10pm at each night, coming in and going out as they please. The two rooms of couples were so hot they had to sleep with doors open so not really feeling secure. The pool and atmosphere was nice and relaxing once everything got fixed

Outstanding Villa, View and Service

This villa was exactly (if not better than) the description. The owner (Mr. Parham) was very responsive and helped out with all of the pre-trip information. The villa itself was beautifully decorated and the view was unbelievable. It was like having the best of both worlds, we would spend mornings and evenings at our own private pool and the afternoons at the resort pools! The staff for the villas was great (daily housekeeping and pool maintenance). This made for a great Spring Break for our families!
