This is Los Cabos like you’ve never experienced, where ground floor Villa 3108 magically materializes your Los Cabos dream vacation. This glamorous 2 bedrooms villa located at Villa La Estancia Exclusive resort ground floor is 20 feet from restaurant entrance for a great breakfast and close to the pool chairs and Medano Beach!

The Space
One beautiful master suite, each having a king bed with a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a smart TV and a full bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, blender, a full size pantry and a full bath off the living room. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area.
For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a furnished dine-in area and grill!!

Walk to the pool

Great time, the host was very responsive when there was an electrical outlet issue. The resort got the issue fixed quickly. Everyone we talked to on staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms and living areas are bigger than expected. We would go again! only 10 minutes from the downtown via cab and same to Wal-Mart for stocking up on supplies.

Fantastic Condo

We stayed for a week and were so impressed with the condo. We had stayed in another condo at the same resort last year and were disappointed in the kitchen because we planned to cook all week. The kitchen in this condo was stocked with everything we could have needed and more. Even when I shared our experience in the previous condo, I was asked to provide a list of items I thought were essential. They went and bought some new items just for our stay which was very thoughtful. Would 100% recommend.

Great get away!

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Great pools, easy access to the beach with nice walk into town. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen. We enjoyed the easy access to the pool from the floor level unit. I was very impressed with the response time of our host and helping us with transportation, other services and outing help. The only thing that I would say is the photo showing the view from what looks like the patio of the unit is not the view you’ll have. This unit is tucked in behind the restaurant so you can’t see the ocean from the patio. At first I was disappointed but the location ease to the front of the hotel and the pool/beach areas made the location work great for our family. Just something to know in case you really want a view. We had a great trip and recommend it!
