The best thing about our stay was our "host" (hostess?). Laura was incredibly gracious, patient, knowledgeable, competent and friendly. She went out of her way to anticipate our every need, and to guide us. We only wish we could adopt her as an additional grandchild!

I have been using VRBO for a long time and I have never left a bad review and have always had positive experiences with kind reasonable hosts. The shower water was COLD, the street noise is extremely LOUD I mean it feels like you’re staying on a freeway. I did have earplugs but I it was so loud it didn’t help. Road noise was not mentioned in the listing and I think that is deceptive. I had to waste time on my short vacation go out and purchase a sound machine and a fan. The second queen bed has a plastic cover as matress cover and there was a dirty wet rug hanging off the side of the couch when we arrived. Also I asked for a water refil as that is part of the amenities offered and I was ignored for several hours. I kindly brought a few of these issues to the host and was told I was told in her words “I doesnt accept critics” I was shocked the way I was spoken to. I would never treat a guest in this manner.

This was my second stay at Marina Sol. The location to the beach and the marina are perfect. There is a brand new Walmart literally on the next block! This condo was as advertised, was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Laura took such great care of us, ensuring we had fresh drinking water, paper towels, linens, beach towels, basic necessities and even treated us to some specialty local food. When my luggage didn't show up for a day, she even brought me some 'clothes' and shoes to borrow until my luggage arrived. Who does that?? :-) She was so attentive and kind!! We didn't cook dinners in the condo but had we decided to there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. This is an older resort, but the staff and the location are the very best. I definitely plan to stay here again.

The unit is just as described. It was comfortable for our family of 4. Overall the unit is clean, it is older and could use an update. We LOVED the pool! The pool restaurant has buy one get one happy hour all day.

Fantastic stay!

This was my second time staying at Marina Sol. It is a great place to stay, and is in walking distance to most everything. The staff is friendly and helpful, including our host, who answered all of our questions, and made sure that we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location!

We LOVE staying at the Marina Sol resort- reflected in the 15 plus times we have rented units there! This space was perfect for our 10 day stay- so clean, well-organized, with fresh pastries supplied to accompany the coffee provided. The host was wonderfully welcoming and so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this unit!

Incredible place ! Incredible location!

You can't find anywhere with a better location than this place! The mall, grocery stores, Walmart, beach & marina area are all with in 3-5 mins walking distance. The resort is fantastic with a beautiful heated pool, jacuzzi, out door restaurant and mingling area with pinpon tables and snooker. The rental unit has everything you need for the vacation, it is very comfortable for a group of 4, and even a. group of 5 or 6 can stay with plenty of space. Our host Laura greeted us at the lobby to help us with check- in and introduced the area and the facilities to us so it was really easy for us to get to know everything. She has prepared bottled water for our entire stay so we didn't need to worry about carry water from the stores. As we stayed through the new years eve, she has given us a bottle of tequila, and during delicious desserts as gifts. The communications with the hosts were quick and very helpful. We had a great time there with 5 stars experience! If we ever go back to Cabo, we will definitely re-book this place with no hesitation.

Location was perfect.

Very nice resort, not overly crowded. Location in perfect walking distance. Room was clean and ac was great. Both beds are in same room, didn’t I could not tell from photo. I would stay again though.
