Blue skies, cool breeze, soft sand and your private villa on Medano Beach, Cabo's most coveted beach. This is paradise! The lovely features of this beautiful 2100+ sq. ft.villa include a fully equipped contemporary kitchen which includes a breakfast bar, a roomy dining area, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and pantry. A washer/dryer are conveniently located and concealed off the kitchen area.
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and hers sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides two Queen beds, a complete entertainment center and a full bath.
There ar flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area including a gas grill and a wet bar.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, shop for groceries (extra charge for shopping and groceries)

Amazing Updated Villa
We have stayed at La Estancia many times and this is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The villa is extremely clean, updated and well decorated. The master bed is really comfortable too. The concierge is a great added touch along with the margaritas, chips, salsa, and guacamole. Would definitely stay here again!
