This is a 2250 square foot (2000 sq ft inside and 250 sq ft outside patio space) 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house + casita located on the main level with no stairs. It can sleep 8 adults comfortably and there is parking for 2 cars that is gated and covered. The backyard has a private pool, jacuzzi, custom built in BBQ with 2 burners and plenty of counter space to cook and entertain outside, 4 patio/pool loungers, outdoor dining.

***Please note that the jacuzzi is heated and that is at no charge to the guest but to heat the pool will cost $150/day***
