Luxury on the MARINA with stunning views, best location in Cabo!

Luxurious downtown condo with a unique location right on the marina with breathtaking ocean views of the Yacht Harbor, 2 spacious Master suites (King bed in one, twins in the other (can be put together for a second king), with private baths for each room (you won't find any rental near this perfect location on the Marina). Also included is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. This Condo is located in the heart of it all right on the Marina including 24 hour security (very safe). Go fishing, take a glass bottom boat to Lovers Beach, snorkel at the famous El Arco or simply lounge at the rooftop pool /Jacuzzi overlooking the Marina with a comfortable covered Barbecue area. There is now a Walmart and full size grocery store in the mall each only a block away. We are A short walk to the famous Medano Beach, Puerto Paraiso Mall, Cabo Wabo, popular night clubs and an array of restaurants and shops, it doesn't get any better than this. Watch the world go by on the Marina walk below and hail a water taxi from your balcony for any ocean voyage excursions desired (Medano beach & The Arch). This unit also comes with one parking stall, good as gold in downtown Cabo. Has separate entrance for bedroom #2 for private access (combo doors so no keys needed). Can sleep 6 with brand new sofa queen bed pullout in the living room.

One thing to note is that one bedroom in the condo is a bit noisy at night being close to fun and lively music venues, however, it really isn’t too bad now with the new sealed soundproof window installed. The second bedroom although not silent is much quieter with some recent sound proofing construction and more suited for those who are more sensitive to the music noise. We also as mentioned just installed a fully sealed window in the master bedroom as well which has helped a lot with the noise levels. To deal with the noise (music) if necessary we do provide ear plugs located in the basket in each bathroom counter which are very effective if necessary.

New Fridge and additional filtration system so fridge water and ice are completely safe. Triple filtered.

The back room has been sound proofed and although not silent I do believe that it is now suited well for those who are more sensitive to the music at night, there are also two twin beds in this room as well.

ELEVATOR ACCESS - We now have access to the elevator, there will still be one small flight of stairs to walk up but two longer flights and a long walk down the hall will no longer be necessary if you would prefer to use the elevator.

There are now (02/28/24) new mattresses on all of the beds, and I have also replaced the King bed with two twins in the back room (do have bridge twin to king converter if desired).

FULL SIZE GROCERY STORE ONE BLOCK FROM CONDO
There is now a full-size grocery store the Selecto Súper Chedraui in the Puerto Paraíso mall just a block from the condo. This is the first full size grocery store in downtown Cabo!

The condo is loaded with everything you need including, Coffee, Coffee maker, dishwasher, blender, spices, a safe, all linens including towels and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler for the beach, washer/dryer, soap, lotion, shampoo, all toiletries, iron, hair dryers, USB outlets, Wifi, first aid kit, an office desk and more.

You have triple filtered water using the Fridge water source, good for drinking etc. If you’re on a working vacation, with fiber optic high-speed WIFI, just grab a seat at the new desk in the master BR, one of the kitchen bar stools or at the patio table and enjoy the view while you work.
