By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.

Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.

IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Villa Tamika / Not so private

The entire reason we booked this villa was to utilize the pool for a couple days. Day we arrived we were shocked there was construction of a new villa right behind the pool with workers watching every move (not so private). The pool and the patio area around the pool was very dirty. The only glowing part of this rental was the concierge service Mariana was amazing, Villa Tamika not so much.

Little get away

The house was comfortable and spacious for all of us. The most we had at one time was 6 adults. Negatives were the walls were dirty going down the stairs and light switches, was gross to me. No mixing bowls or bakeware for those who plan on doing some cooking. Also, the location is a little close to the owners entrance so you can hear people talking coming in late at night from activities that were on foot as they could be loud. We will stay in a higher up house next time.

Girls Cabo trip

House was great with an easy walk to downtown marina area or a hilly walk to Pedregal beach. Having a concierge was great but disappointed the day before we left was not available due to a company water park day. If we were given notice we would have placed our order Sunday instead we had to spend money to hire someone to deliver. There was a hornet’s nest in the umbrella along with ants and biting bugs everywhere (hire a bug service) all in all we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again minus the ants and bees next time

50th Birthday

The property was nice as as expected, and the location to the marina was very easy. However; the hill going back up to the property is less than desirable. We had one person with lung issues and the hill is soooo steep, it is difficult to manage. I feel it would benefit the owners if they all got together and offered a golf cart service for a fee for easy access back up the hill. The pool and the view were amazing and Pedro was always very quick with his responses to our needs. This property suited our needs but could use a few updates. If we stayed in Pedregal again, we would need to stay lower down the hill for walking purposes. taxi's are very expensive...just a ride up the hill from the front gate to the Villa about 3/4 mile was $20-$40 depending on how many people were in our group. We totally enjoyed our stay...weather was perfect.
