Great vacation home with wonderfull view

We had a great stay at this vacation home. Everything necessary was available and the home was even more beautiful as described. Also it was very clean!!!The communication with the owner was very punctual.I read in the comments that some people did not like the contact person living downstairs at the pool level but this didn't bother us at all. He was hardly ever at home and when he was, he was very discrete and helpfull.An extra airco unit in the children's bedroom does seem necessary however when the outside temperature is above 30C.During our stay a lot of construction works of new vacation homes were ongoing in the street which did create a noise problem. But al together we didn't let it bother us and we enjoyed our time on the terrace.This place helped us discover Cadaqués and the beautiful surroundings and we will always keep warm memories of our stay here.

Prachtig uitzicht

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad. Cadaqués is een heel mooi en gezellig dorpje. Het is een leuk huis met zwembad en prachtig uitzicht. Zeker aan te raden.Het enige minpunt is dat het huis zich in het midden van een bouwproject bevindt. Dit zorgt van maandag tot en met zaterdag vanaf 8u s morgens voor geluidshinder. Wel wat jammer.

Das Haus ist ein Traum - sowohl die Lage als auch die Ausstattung, der Pool mit dem Garten - es war alles perfekt. Schöne Unterkunft!

Sehr schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung und schöner Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und auf die Inseln Maza und Messina. Der Pool, der zur unteren Wohnung gehört, kann mit genutzt werden. HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche werden gestellt. Die BĂ€der sind neu. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat zwei einzelne Betten. In den Ort lĂ€uft man ca. 30 Minuten. Zur Tauchbasis sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß. FĂŒr CadaquĂ©s ein super Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis. Wir wĂŒrden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Kleiner Tipp: MĂŒckenschutz mitbringen. Davon gab es jede Menge.

Phantastische Auszeit bei tollem Ausblick

Séjour agréable belle région d'Espagne un peu déçus par la villa

Ce n'est pas exactement une villa privée puisque le gardien réside au rez-de-chaussée. La piscine se situant devant sa terrasse nous ne voulions pas le déranger et pareil pour l'utilisation du barbecue et du jardin. En revanche l'appartement du 1er étage est trÚs confortable. Attention pas plus de 4 personnes pour le couchage la chambre sous le toit n'est pas vivable

Erholsame Ferien mit Aussicht auf mehr...

Das Haus hat uns, einer Familie mit zwei Kindern, sehr entsprochen. Es liegt etwas abseits von Cadaques in einem ruhigen Aussenviertel. Wir hatten die FahrrĂ€der dabei und waren in gut 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Da es nicht viel Parkmöglichkeiten im Stadtzentrum gibt, sehr ideal. Zudem wurden die tĂ€glichen Radtouren zu einem schönen Ritual. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht zum erholen: eine stilvolle gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, bequeme Betten und eine Traumaussicht vom grosszĂŒgigen Balkon. Das Haus ist heimelig eingerichtet, sodass es nicht wie eine "zweckmĂ€ssige Ferienwohnung" daherkommt. Das haben wir sehr geschĂ€tzt denn es trĂ€gt zu einer guten AtmosphĂ€re bei. Die zwei Badezimmer sind schön renoviert, tolle Duschen aber praktisch keine AblageflĂ€chen. Der Umschwung ums Haus ist ein bisschen ĂŒberwuchert und man hĂ€tte fast Lust, mit der Gartenschere ein bisschen Hand anzulegen;-)) Der Pool ist ideal fĂŒr die Kinder und natĂŒrlich ist die Rutsche der HIt. Im Oktober ist der Sonnenstand ab frĂŒhen Nachmittag bereits hinter dem Haus, sodass das Wasser zum baden recht kĂŒhl ist und nicht mehr erwĂ€rmt wird. Der Hausverwalter, welcher selber im unteren Stock wohnt, ist jederzeit Ansprechperson fĂŒr alles mögliche. Wir haben ihn sehr geschĂ€tzt. Danke noch einmal an dieser Stelle! Alles in Allem ein wunderbarer Ort an einem paradiesischen Platz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cadaqués von seiner schönsten Seite!

Seit mehr als 10 Jahren kommen wir nun in diese kleine WohlfĂŒhl-Oase nach CadaquĂ©s. Wir sind dort mittlerweile nicht mehr nur im Urlaub, sondern fĂŒhlen uns einfach zu Hause. Das Haus bietet durch seine ruhige Lage und mediterran-geschmackvolle Ausstattung alles, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Aufenthalt in CadaquĂ©s benötigt: FußlĂ€ufige Entfernung zum Ort & zum Port Lligat, Meerblick, Swimmingpool, einen eigenen und von außen nicht einsehbaren Garten und Balkon, Grillplatz, verschiedene (windgeschĂŒtzte!) Terrassen mit großzĂŒgigen Sitzgelegenheiten etc. Die Tauchbasis 'Ulla & Paul' ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt, in 5 Minuten ist man an den kleinen aber feinen StrĂ€nden der Isla de Port Lligat. Vom Balkon aus hat man die komplette KĂŒstenlinie des Nationalparks 'Cap de Creus' im Blick, ebenso die beiden Inseln Massina & Massa d'Or, die mit Sicherheit gleichzeitig zu den besten Tauchrevieren Kataloniens zĂ€hlen. Die erst vor wenigen Jahren erfolgte Komplett-Renovierung hat das Haus nochmals deutlich aufgewertet. Die beiden vorhandenen BĂ€der sind modern und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig gestaltet, die Schlafzimmer sind mit sauberen und bequemen Betten ausgestattet und bieten ausreichend Platz und Stauraum. Der Wohn-/Essbereich besticht durch viele liebevoll gestaltete Details. Alle Wohnbereiche sind mit schönen Massivholzdielen ausgestattet - das Gesamtbild ist absolut stimmig. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist stets freundlich, professionell & absolut problemlos. Vor Ort steht mit Vicente ein immer ansprechbarer und hilfsbereiter 'Verwalter' zur VerfĂŒgung, der uns als Einheimischer schon viele Insider-Tipps geben konnte und damit maßgeblich zu einer individuellen Urlaubsgestaltung beitragen kann. Unser Plan: Wir kommen mindestens auch die nĂ€chsten 10 Jahre immer gerne wieder ;-)

Verblijf met twee volwassenen en kinderen van 9 en 11. Prachtig uitzicht, goed geoutilleerde woning, prima bedden/ matrassen. Op 25 minuten lopen van centrum, 2 minuten van zee met kleine strandjes, wandelpaden in de buurt. Behulpzame sleutelhouder woont in souterrain. Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad.

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Domizil. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Ein Highlight ist der fantastische Blick auf das offene Meer und Cap Creus. Vom Haus aus kann man zu Fuss kleine Badebuchten erreichen oder auch Port Ligat. Wir waren rund um glĂŒcklich und kommen gerne wieder.

WohlfĂŒhloase

Als langjĂ€hrige Cadaques-Urlauber-Liebhaber und Taucher verbinden wir ganz besondere Momente mit diesem Ort. Auch und gerade mit diesem herrlichen Blick aus dem Ferienhaus auf die Messina und Massa DÂŽOr und aufÂŽs Cap Creus mit denen wir persönlich sehr viel verbinden. Ein heimatliches GefĂŒhl im Ferienhaus, schön, geschmackvoll, pragmatisch eingerichtet. Man merkt auch, dass es von den Besitzern noch selbst genutzt wird. Die Wohnung ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, Betten und Matratzen gut, was fĂŒr den Erholungswert ein nicht unbeachtlicher Aspekt ist. Grillplatz und Schwimmbecken fĂŒr Kids natĂŒrlich immer ein Hit, obgleich das Meer nur wenige Meter entfernt ist bis zur Bucht bei der "Hippie-Insel". Tauchbasis auch gleich um die Ecke! FĂŒr uns, die wir auch schön viele andere HĂ€user und Appartments in Cadaques bewohnt haben mit eines der Besten. Wir kommen wieder bzw. haben schon wieder reserviert! Danke auch an "Bizeps" den "Verwalter", der im ĂŒbrigen gleich unten wohnt und stets zur Stelle ist, sollte es mal irgendwo haken, was bei uns allerdings nicht der Fall war. Danke Bizeps und bis Pfingsten 2015!! Insgesamt hat alles gepasst. Bestens und immer weiter zu empfehlen!

The house was all we hoped it would be: comfortable, clean, well-equipped and the view is fantastic. The keyholder was very helpful and speaks perfect English, fortunately for us. There are plenty of beautiful places to walk and little coves to explore and as we took our dog, that suited us very well. There are some good restaurants in Cadaques but a car is advisable as it's a good half hour's walk. I highly recommend it.

Sehr gemĂŒtlich und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit spektakulĂ€rem Blick auf das Meer in einer ruhigen Lage am Rande von CadaquĂ©s. Absolut hochwertige und neue Ausstattung, schöne BĂ€der & KĂŒche. Geschlossene Terrasse, also auch fĂŒr Kleinkinder sehr geeignet. Wunderbarer Ort fĂŒr die schönsten Stunden des Jahres, idealer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen, Radtouren oder zum Tauchen. Schöne Bademöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm, die Abwicklung Ă€ußerst unkompliziert. Hier noch einmal einen herzlichen Dank an den Vermieter. Wir empfehlen dieses Feriendomizil sehr gerne weiter und kommen gerne wieder.
