About this property

Apartment in a country house with 2 pools

Nestled atop a peaceful hill, this charming countryside retreat offers panoramic views and a deep sense of calm. The Tulipano apartment is part of a beautifully restored farmhouse, combining rustic charm with modern comfort. Guests can unwind by the shared swimming pool just steps away, or enjoy quiet mornings on the private porch with garden views. The home is ideal for couples or small families looking to slow down and reconnect with nature—pets are welcome, and the open grounds are perfect for outdoor play or leisurely walks.

The surrounding region is a treasure trove of history and culture. Just a short drive away, you'll find the medieval town of Cagli with its ancient architecture and hidden piazzas. Explore nearby gems like Fossombrone and Urbania, or head to the stunning UNESCO city of Urbino, birthplace of Raphael. The Adriatic charm of Fano also makes for a delightful seaside day trip. Outdoor lovers can hike Monte Nerone, explore river trails, or simply enjoy the rolling hills dotted with vineyards and olive groves.

Dining here is an experience in itself. Indulge in truffle-based dishes from Acqualagna or visit one of the many family-run trattorias nearby for authentic Marche cuisine. A short walk away, the on-site restaurant and bar by the second pool serves local specialties and aperitifs at sunset. Enjoy wine tastings at nearby cellars or pick up fresh regional produce to cook your own Italian feast. Whether you're relaxing poolside or exploring the region, this is your home for a truly local escape.
