What we DON'T allow:
* More than 10 persons onsite, including visitors that stay past 10pm.

Description:
Relax and rejuvenate at Farm Stay - The Bluff, which is a working Santa Gertrudis cattle farm that resides upon 50 acres of undulating lands within the Cainbable Valley of South East Queensland's noted Scenic Rim Region.

The central part of the house, the under roof alfresco enclosure, (with ceiling heaters & wall fans) is well appointed with an 8 burner BBQ, sink, 8 person dining table, lounge and tv.

The main kitchen, dining, and lounge are open plan, offering a well appointed kitchen, walk in pantry, and a Nescafe coffee unit and tea bench.

The two bathrooms are modern, clean and well appointed with good sized showers with massage and rain head functions. Each bathroom comes equipt with a hand held hair dryer for your convenience.

Bedroom Configuration:
Bedrooms 2 and 4 have the option of both a double bed and a sofa lounge chair which converts to an additional full size single bed in each room.

Bedroom Other:
All rooms are individually air-conditioned and heated and have ceiling fans as well, so everyone should be able to personally adjust their rooms for their own comfort.

The house has a modern and clean laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer combo. Washing detergent is supplied for your convenience.

Fire Pit:
We've left matches, paper and fire starters in the house, for use if you decide to light the fire pit near the big tree. We supply sample firewood for your convenience.

Please don't light the outside fire pit if it is very windy or an official fire ban is in place.

When the fire is going the hinged screen should remain covering the fire. This is to minimise tinder getting out and also it's to prevent people falling into the fire pit.  Children should be supervised at all times.

Indoor Alfresco:
We believe you'll also enjoy the alfresco and the great BBQ setup in that area of the house. I've left procedures to operate the BBQ and also on how to open the blinds in that area on the table.

The Bluff Lookout:
We provide a map to show you how to get up to The Bluff Lookouts that are located on our farm.

I've also whipper snipped the track to the two lookouts, however it is rocky in sections so please watch out so as to not twist ankles.

Please be careful with children up there, the cliffs are real so supervision of children is a must.
