Our stay (4 adults) was fine. Checkin and checkout experiences were good. The room is much smaller than it seems in the pictures and does not accommodate 4 adults well. The second bed was a single that opens into two but there is no real mattress on the secondary bed. I believe that 2 adults and 2 kids would be ok though.

O quarto e bom, condiz com o que esta nas fotos. Fica minha enorme critica a administracao do hotel deixar os hospedes mais de 2 horas em pe em uma fila para fazer o check-in é algo inadmissível. O melhor a fila estava tao grande que saia pra fora da recepção e pra ficar ainda mais otimo comecou a chover, deixaram os hóspedes um bom tempo na chuva ate um abençoando resolver sair la de dentro e organizar a fila para que todo mundo ficasse dentro da recepção. O quarto e ate bom mais nao voltaria nunca a este hotel por causa da administração que e pessima.

O local é incrível, muito lindo, muitas atrações no hotel, limpeza do apartamento muito boa, tivemos problema somente no check in, por desatenção não viram a confirmação de nossa estadia, tivemos q esperar mais tempo ainda para nos acomodarmos, e o wi-fi não pega direito no quarto. Em geral foi muito boa nossa estadia.

Vale a pena pela acomodação

A acomodação está com aspecto de que foi reformada recentemente. São limpas, camas confortáveis e decoração agradável! No check-in, apesar de muito movimentado, fui muito bem atendida e orientada pela recepcionista! A única ressalva foi a área de lazer: pequena e piscinas adultas com mal cheiro insuportável. Atendimento do bar molhado tb não foi bom e a comida tb bem ruim!
