If you are interested please request your quote because the amount will depend on the number of guests. We did not gain anything from this rental of bed and bath linen, just the satisfaction of our guests;

4) The use of the barbecue should be restricted to the occupants of the apartment and should be cleaned after use. To use the barbecue grill it is necessary to remove the plug located on the wall above the barbecue for the exhaust of the smoke, as well as close the doors to the living room and kitchen;

5) It is forbidden to enter pets;

7) The condominium charges the value of R $ 10.00 (ten reais) of each guest for an identification bracelet. This amount is payable directly at the concierge of the condominium at the time of entry. Payment is only made once (not a daily rate). Children up to 05 (five) years of age do not pay for this identification bracelet;

8) When an ON-LINE RESERVATION REQUEST or an INSTANT RESERVE REQUEST is made the owner will send a quote according to the number of people indicated by the traveler.
