In a peaceful setting with beautiful sea views, this charming two-story house is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava. With 112 m² of living space on a spacious 977 m² plot, the property offers comfort, privacy, and a welcoming atmosphere for families or groups of friends.



The house accommodates six guests and features three double bedrooms with various bed sizes (two 90x180 cm, two 90x190 cm, and one 135x190 cm), suitable for all needs. The living area includes a cozy lounge-dining room with a fireplace for cooler evenings, plus a TV and WIFI for your entertainment and convenience.



The open-plan kitchen is practical and well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. There is a full bathroom, two showers, and a guest toilet, ensuring comfort and easy organization for everyone.



Outside, relax in the lovely garden or under the covered terrace—perfect for outdoor meals. A barbecue and outdoor parking space complete the amenities. One of the highlights is the 8x5 m heated pool, available for an extra fee, ideal for enjoying even out of season.
