Casina Franca is located in Capezzano Pianore, a fraction of the municipality of Camaiore, just 5 km from the sea and the Versilia coast.

The property is fenced and boasts a private and well-kept garden with lawn. The covered and tiled patio is equipped with a sink, a washing machine, a wood-burning oven, and a dining table, ideal for alfresco meals.

Within the garden there is also the owner's house (always available in case of need) therefore the general entrance to the property is shared while the garden and the outdoor spaces are for the exclusive use of guests.

An uncovered parking for 2 cars is also available, outside the property, along a private road.



Internal Description



Casina Franca is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. Small pets are allowed on request.



Ground floor: The ground floor consists of a welcoming and bright living area, furnished with: two sofas, tv, fireplace, dining table, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with: stove, oven, small electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

Following there is a double bedroom (with wardrobe and tv), and a bathroom with bathtub/shower.



First floor: The upper floor houses the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, one of which has a covered terrace. Lastly you will find a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi; final cleaning.



Excluded from the price: Heating during winter months. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
