Wunderschöne Lage mit Meerblick, Anfahrt erschwert

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, er kam einmal die Woche, um den Pool zu reinigen und den Abfall zu holen. Ausserdem hat er uns das Gepäck bei der Abreise runtergefahren zum Parkplatz. Das Haus liegt wunderschön und der Pool ist ganz toll und gut m it Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. Auch den Pizzaofen haben wir sehr gern genutzt und auf der schattigen Terrasse am Marmortisch gesessen. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal, aber von guter Qualität und sauber. Eine Spülmaschine wäre wünschenswert, ebenso empfanden wir es als Manko, dass man Handtücher und Bettwäsche selbst mitbringen muss. Sehr schwierig ist die Parkplatzsituation. Mit grösseren Autos kommt man nicht bis zum Haus und der Parkplatz unterhalb im Dorf ist nicht ausreichend, wir haben mehrmals keinen Parkplatz mehr bekommen und mussten die Autos noch weiter unten an der Strasse abstellen. Der Aufstieg mit den Einkäufen war jeweils mühsam, aber machbar. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Het was op zich een mooi huis , maar niet onderhouden . keukengerei was er genoeg maar vies en vuil . dampkap te vies om aan te raken . zoveral stof wezmbad was wel netjes en proper . de weg naar het huisje zeer moeilijk berijdbaar . uitzicht was prachtig .

Obj. in schöner Hanglage im Olivenhain - traumhafte Aussicht. Anlage für Urlaub mit Hunden gut geeignet. Zufahrt der Unterk. für grössere Autos schlecht mögl. Vermieter sehr freundlich.Pool schön, aber Einstieg fehlt. Die Sauberkeit des Objekts sehr oberflächl., Staub und viele Spinnweben. In das 1. OG/Schlafzimmern ü/ sehr steile Treppe, etwas wackl. Geländer. Küche: Schrankfronten schmierig, kaum Arbeitsfl., nur 1 Steckdose, in den Spalten zwischen den Schränken Unrat der Vormieter.

Schönes Grundstück in der Toskana

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück in einem grossen Haus. Das Haus ist sehr alt und hat sicher ein paar Macken, aber alles in allem war es wirklich toll. Am besten hat uns der Pool direkt vorm Haus gefallen. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein (einige Spinnenweben und Staubecken). Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Sie sprechen aber nur italienisch. Also unbedingt das Handy mit Übersetzerapp dabei haben ;-)

Il soggiorno è andato molto bene, bellissimo posto, panorama stupendo, tranquillo , l' unico problema è la strada per arrivare visto che è molto stretta oltre ad una salita ripida.

Es hat uns gut gefallen, das H...

Es hat uns gut gefallen, das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch, das Grundstück ist weitläufig, der Swimmingpool ausreichend. Wir kennen das Haus schon von einem früheren Urlaub und wussten daher, das es einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer ( an der Felswand) wären neue Matratzen wünschenswert, die Ausstattung mit Sitz– und Liegemöbeln am Swimmingpool lässt doch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es gab nur eine Plastikliege, die in der Mitte durchgebrochen war und deren Lehne von den Besitzernmit einer Metallkonstruktion mehr schlecht als recht geflickt wurde. Benötigt werden mehr Liegen.Für die vorhandenen Plastikstühle sollte es Auflagen geben. Die zukünftigen Gäste sollte man informieren, dass die Besizer keine Englisch sprechen, für eine Verständigung, die ja wichtig ist, sollte man also auf jeden Fall italienisch können.

Skøn beliggenhed, fantastisk udsigt, dejlig rummelig.

Indretning og faciliteter passede fint med beskrivelse og billeder. Fin service af ejer mht til transport af bagage til huset. Ejere var svære at komunikere med da de kun talte italiensk. Huset er til 8-10 personer så køkkenudstyret var meget mangelfuld, ingen knive der kunne skære, 3 vinglas (dog lidt flere champagne glas) ingen kaffe maskine og el koger var defekt. Der kunne godt være lidt mere end 2 ligge stole og 1 solsengen på terrassen og parasollerne havde set bedre dage (defekte) men dem fik vi renoveret med noget tape og bambus :) Trods de små skønhedfejl havde vi en skøn uge i Casa La Grotta. Et forrygende sted at spise, lige for foden af bjerget til Greppolungo er hos Emilio e Bona, Camaiore
