Guests enjoy a clean bathroom with a refreshing shower, plus climate control to keep things just right. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your day, this excellent spot offers a peaceful retreat. This place is 30 min from Quad Citys and little over and hour to Iowa City. You will have off street parking in a great residential neighborhood. You will have access to sit by the Mississippi river and a boat dock is 2 blocks away. You are more than welcome to use the basketball hoop or the pickle ball court and the outside fire place. This is a top apartment therefore you will have full access to the top balcony. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
