The office staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was available for early checkin. The motel room was old, musty and needed updated. There was a Damp Rid container in the closet area. The air conditioner window unit was loud and old. The room had two small lamps- needless to say it was poorly lit. For the price we paid, we were disappointed with the room.

Room was clean and comfortable, shower water was hot quickly. Check in was quick and coffee and cookies were offered in the check in area. Has a outdoor pool as well if you're so inclined.

Everything was lovely and wonderful except for the TV. The desk clerk and maintenance person helped us with the remote right after we checked in. To turn it off, it appeared that we had to unplug it. In the morning, we had trouble getting it to come on again. We did not call for help since we were packing up to leave,

The hotel is truly great value for the money especially in this high season of holy experience The room is large and very comfortable and well-appointed. It is highly recommended but there are two issues: The first is the Wi-Fi is horrible and spotty and unreliable and the second is that to turn on the shower requires strength of Atlas to pull out the knob in order to allow the shower to work instead of the bath. We actually had a call maintenance to help us. The guy came in and did it easily but he was about 6'4 and 240 lb and look as strong as Charles Atlas! They have got to make that easier and just put lubricant in it! Beyond that it's a terrific comfortable place.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean and convenient parking was available. We liked the fact that we were able to do laundry unfortunately they were out of detergent which led to an additional trip to the grocery store which was close by. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay.

The room was barely acceptable for comfort, but the cleanliness was unacceptable. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned thoughtfully for a long time - dust, dirt, and bugs were visible in the corners. When something fell behind the nightstand, moving it revealed layers of grime that had clearly built up over time. We also saw bugs in several areas, which was already disturbing. Most concerning, my daughter developed bed bug bites during our stay. While I can’t say with absolute certainty they came from the bed, given this was the only place we slept, combined with the visible bugs, dirt, and poor cleanliness, it is highly likely.
