The layout balances connection and privacy: generous gathering spaces downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs. Outside, the private grounds include a patio and fire pit for autumn afternoons and evenings under the trees.

This is a house for unhurried mornings, long dinners, books carried from one room to another, and evenings when staying in becomes part of the plan.

Gathering Spaces
The main living room is generous and light-filled, with large original windows and a working fireplace for long conversations or an evening after dinner in town.

The sunroom greets the morning in coastal light—the place for early coffee before the village wakes. A separate study offers a more private corner for reading, remote work, or an afternoon with a book.

The Kitchen & Dining Room
Anchored by a Viking range, the kitchen is equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a celebratory dinner: premium stainless-steel and cast-iron cookware, a Breville espresso machine, a Moccamaster, a Vitamix, and elegant dinnerware and stemware.
