Tastefully decorated extra large one bedroom apartment located 2 blocks from the center of town!
Incredibly convenient location within easy walking distance of everything in downtown Camden! You are already parked in the best spot to walk to restaurants and shops, the Village Green, the Library and Amphitheater, and the Harbor Landing.
Camden and the mid-coast area also features a State Park with great mountain hikes, nearby lakes with freshwater swimming. The local ski area, The Snow Bowl, has great mountain bike trails with views all the way to Acadia National Park across the Bay. These are all very short drive! A popular hiking trail to the top of Mt Battle, starts, a ten minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is on the second floor above an a quiet office. Relax on the deck with a view across the Bay! Or wake up early to watch the sun rise.

The living room is light filled and shares the same view as the front deck. Hardwood floors and custom woodwork are featured throughout. There is a new queen size sofa bed in the living room. In the open kitchen there are granite countertops and barstool seating. All modern kitchen appliances, including oven, stovetop, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee maker.
A unique counter and pass through to the morning coffee/sunroom brings the light into the kitchen. This is another place to enjoy the great view. All the windows are new and open to the summer breeze.
Next to the kitchen and sunroom there is a more formal dining area with a new dining table and chairs.
The bedroom is large and features a new queen bed and mattress, dressers and chairs.
There are several large closets and a closet like space with a modern washer and drier.
The bathroom features all fresh paint, granite counter top, a glass shower stall.
In all, the apartment features over 850 square feet of space. You will want to stay longer than a week.
The apartment is for singles or a couple.Up to three will be comfortable. Please inquire about pets.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

The apartment is ideal for visitors who are looking to get outside and enjoy the area during the day then return to a comfortable spot where they can enjoy walking to all that downtown Camden has to offer or enjoy a home cooked meal and the views.

Great place to stay in Camden! Bright, spacious, quiet property with easy walk to town - restaurants, harbor, shops. Quiet and lots of space for 2 people. Kitchen has every appliance/utensil you could need - coffee maker, bean grinder, blender, etc! Deck & sunporch great spots to relax in AM & PM... highly recommend!

Excellent location and view!

Loved the open space in this apt- as well as the view. We watched the osprey on the tower as they fed their baby and taught it to fly. Deck on front was awesome. Grilled out a few nights and ate outside on the deck, watching the boats come in. So convenient to Camden, walked everywhere, no need for a car in Camden.

Exceptionally located condo in Camden

We stayed in this condo one week while visiting friends in Camden. It’s clean, very convenient and walkable to downtown and very comfortable. The host is friendly and communicative. It wasn’t an issue for us, but just a heads up that there is only a shower - no bathtub. We would stay again.
