Ein großes Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken und einer Regendusche. Grosse, moderne Küche. Geräumiges Esszimmer mit großem Tisch. Eigene Terrasse nach Westen mit Blick in den Olivenhain für unvergessene Sundowner. 😎
5×12 m Salzwasserpool mit Regenwasser!!, Holz/Kohlegrill, Haustier erlaubt, 25 km entfernt Topstrand Kite Beach Fiumara, viele Sportmöglichkeiten: Mountainbike, Rennrad, Tischtennis, Slackline, Wandern und Entdeckungstouren in die etruskische Vergangenheit, direkt von unserem Grundstück aus.

Tagsüber hört man eine circa 1 km entfernte Kiesgrube. Einfach ausblenden und genießen.
Das Haus ist auch im Winter wohlig warm, da wir permanent mit Photothermie heizen. Die Stromgewinnung erfolgt per Elektrovoltaik.
