Discovered in a state of semi-abandonment, this 19th century neo-classical villa for rent, after two year renovation project, has been fully restored to become a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom vacation home. The gardens have been rejuvenated and expanded and a beautiful infinity pool  (18x5 m.), that takes full advantage of the magnificent views of the surrounding areas, has been added there. 
Each of six guest suites (sleeping 12 total) have been built for slow days, coming complete with private baths, air conditioning, and extra-large king beds.
In the living area, a modern kitchen opens up to a romantic portico with a cozy fireplace and a rustic table big enough to seat a full house. You can do your on cooking,  putting ingredients from the property’s organic vegetable garden and local farmers markets to good use, or a local Chef can be organized to cook authentic Pugliese meals.
Downstairs, there are formal and informal spaces; the entrance is an octagonal vaulted room and the dining room is connected to the outdoor terrace with a view of the valley and its olive groves and vineyards. There is a high spec, open-plan kitchen, and a formal dining room that leads out to a portico for al fresco dining with a table seating up to 10.

Other spaces on the ground floor include a small library with paperbacks, an MP3 player and TV. The Villa is surrounded by terraces, a hammock area, infinity pool, olive and orange groves, fruit orchards, an organic vegetable garden, chicken coop, formal gardens with outdoor seating and a renovated 17th century chapel. There is also a roof terrace for sunbathing and star-gazing.
The surrounding countryside is ideal for long walks in the orchards and vineyards, bycicle riding (provided at the house), jogging, etc... Lecce is a 15 minutes drive and its historic centers offers some of the best restaurants in Puglia and great night life.
This is also a perfect  place to celebrate l birthdays, special events and weddings. The estate has 2 chapels on it of which one is still consacrated so it is possible to celebrate religious weddings as well.
