Shaded and landscaped outdoor area with barbecue grill and table and chairs. 6-car garage with automatic gate. Air conditioning in all rooms. Everything is new and working. Quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with excellent security (guardhouses on the street every 300 meters). Close to Iguatemi Shopping Mall, pharmacies, gas stations, and bakeries. Easy access via D.
