The hotel was great. It was clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was good. We had a little difficulty communicating in English to the staff, but we managed. The parking situation was great. The parking attendants were so helpful and fast.

Valinhos is a jewel in the forest of Sao Paolo. Very clean city and very modern at the level of Florida !! This hotel reflects the atmosphere and fashion of the town. Safe clean and courteous staff. I wish they would get a lot of guests so that they can grow more.

Great staff and hotel

The hotel is new and in great condition. The staff was extremely helpful and excited to assist us with everything from helping translate calls from Uber to and giving directions. It's across the street from the Valinhos Shopping Mall that has restaurants, a grocery store and regular stores.

Barulho extremo e cheiro de esgoto

Cheguei em 08/04 as 23:45 na recepção não tinha ninguém após espera o atendente me cedeu a apto 204 ao qual estava com cheiro de retorno de esgoto e as condensadoras de ar na minha janela, resultado como dormir com barulho extremo das condensadoras, liguei pra reclamar na recepção e o atendente disse não ter outro apartamento pra trocar , resumindo lixo de hospedagem, nunca mais ➕️ vou nesse hotel lixo.
