Hospedagem traumática — nunca mais volto

Foi uma noite ali e um verdadeiro pesadelo. O quarto estava sujo, com infestação de formigas, cama de solteiro e colchão de espuma desconfortável. O travesseiro era ruim, a TV completamente ultrapassada, o ventilador cheio de sujeira acumulada, como se nunca tivesse sido limpo. As portas não ofereciam nenhuma segurança — fechaduras antigas que davam apenas uma volta — e os fundos do quarto davam direto para um matagal, o que facilitou a entrada de pernilongos. O banheiro era ainda pior: chuveiro elétrico dos mais vagabundos que já vi, entupido, não esquentava direito, só saía água morna. Até o papel higiênico era de quinta categoria — folha única. E para completar o show de horrores, o café da manhã: melão e mamão servidos com casca, pão francês seco, três bolos extremamente doces, pão de queijo, salsicha mergulhada em um molho nojento e ovo mexido feito na água. Só consegui comer o pão de queijo, empurrando com um café com leite mal preparado. O único ponto positivo foi o atendimento — equipe educada, cortês e gente boa. Voltaria apenas para cumprimentá-los. De resto: NUNCA MAIS.

O quarto era muito frio, mesmo sem ar condicionado, quase não tinha ventilação, e o quarto ficava gelado. Além disso, não há tomada de três pinos. No quarto que fiquei, só havia três tomadas: uma no banheiro, outra numa parede do outro lado da cama, não há tomada perto da cama para carregar o celular, e uma última no corredor ao lado da porta de entrada do quarto, ou seja, além de ter que levar adaptador. Achei o café da manhã bom, básico.

Precisam se atentar em reformar o banheiro.

Boa, para uma diária deu certo pelo fato de não termos ficado muito no quarto, porém TV não pegava nenhum canal nem aberto nem fechado, internet bem fraca, pelo menos para usar o notebook foi impossível, o caos mesmo é o banheiro, privada e pia entupidas, chuveiro muito velho com apenas uns quatro furos caindo água. Enfim eu não queria mesmo um lugar com luxo pois somos simples mas uma coisa é simplicidade outra é falta de comodidade em um banheiro que precisa de uma manutenção pesada, acho isso uma falta de respeito com os hóspedes.

O quarto é consideravelmente confortável, bom pra quem quer economizar porém a limpeza do banheiro deixou muito a desejar, estava com cheiro de urina, o box tinha crosta preta agarrado e tive que pedir pra limpar. Nos alocaram em um quarto com ar porém não havíamos pedido, ao sair pediram pra deixar q duque pra ser feito a limpeza, quando voltamos haviam levado o adaptador do ar pra não usarmos e ainda levaram a minha toalha achando que era do hotel, o local do café da manhã parece uma sauna de tão quente, impossível ficar lá tranquilamente. No estacionamento ninguém supervisiona, outros hóspedes param de qualquer jeito e quando chegamos pra estacionar nosso carro não coube, enfim, muito a melhorar!

Atendentes muito boas, espacialmente a do café do manhã, este em si é bom. Limpeza mais ou menos, arrumam a cama, mas não varem todo dia, teias nas paredes e sujeira nos detalhes, janelas (velhas), cantos etc, toalha é bem limpa. Pia ruim com vazamento e sem fechar direito com facilidade, chuveiro deu problema mas arrumaram satisfatoriamente. O único grande problema é a internet que é muito ruim, péssima, me atrapalhou, não consegui trabalhar anoite, nem participar de meetings que eu tinha marcado.
