Hotel Contemporaneo is a nice hotel in Campinas. Good value for the money, the rooms are a bit small, but very clean. The hotel has a nice lobby area. A couple of things that need improvement (1) the restaurant. I have had better breakfast at cheaper hotels in the area. (2) on-site parking: even though it is very convenient, the process they use for multi-day parking is cumbersome and you need to get two QR codes from an attendant each time you go out.

The hotel is part of a complex of several hotels (>5) dedicated to serve businesses! The room was good but too small, including the beds. Breakfast was served as a compliment and was good. Vicinity is poorly maintained and there is trash and poorly maintained areas.

The stay was horrible. They do not have any kinda facilities. The room was ugly, the toilet was not functioning properly. We requested a room change . But our request was denied. When you call the front desk, no one picks the call up. I requested ice, i did not receive, I requested extra glass, i did not receive. No one should stay there for this kinda experience.

A experiência foi ruim, ficamos alocados em um quarto adaptado e não teria nenhum problema se fosse avisado antes, o banheiro por não ter box alaga todo, o que se torna um incoveniente, além disso o ar condicionado não estava gelando também, quando informamos o problema mandaram técnico para verificar e o próprio técnico disse que o ar estava com problemas de não gelar desde alguns dias, dito isso solicitei a troca de quarto e a recepção só lamentou e disse que o hotel estava cheio e nada poderia ser feito, péssima experiência.
