A equipe de funcionários é excepcional. Sem exceção, muito amáveis, prestativos e muito eficientes. Sempre é o ponto alto. Ar condicionado estava muito barulhento tanto o nosso como o do quarto vizinho. Atrapalhou o sono. A reforma acaba atrapalhando um pouquinho, mas é pra melhorar. No geral, excelente.

Os banheiros faltam manutenção e estão bem velhos, do nosso quarto saia pouca água que te queimava ou ficava gelada. A piscina aquecida não foi ligada a cascata nenhuma vez, deveriam dar prioridade em aquecer a piscina externa que é bem maior, na piscina aquecida fica pequeno o espaço. As refeições são muito bem servidas, os funcionários muito educados e prestativos

Eu sempre me hospedei no Hotel Guarany, sempre amei a localização e a comida...porém nessa ultima estadia não encontrei as mesmas condições! Me hospedei de sexta(13 até dia 15/03)domingo, e nenhuma vez o quarto foi arrumado, também não reclamei prá não prejudicar nenhum funcionário. A comida sempre foi muito saborosa e variedade, porém dessa vez a comida tinha pouquíssimas variações e não estava tão saborosa, lamentavelmente! O chuveiro estava a conta gotas, se vc abrisse muito o frio a agua gelava absurdamente(mesmo o quente estando super aberto) a água oscilava a temperatura o tempo todo, um verdadeiro horror! Na próxima viagem para Aguas de Lindoia procurarei outra hospedagem.
