Even the ‘Superior’ room has maintenance issues. Bathroom sink was partially clogged, shower box doesn’t hold the shower water - the bathroom gets very wet. Besides, I can’t believe they are not offering face towels to save costs…

Good location, staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a budget hotel, room is really small, only minimal amenities (soap bar and shampoo/shower gel), only one bath towel per guest and no hand towels, but staff gave me an extra one when I asked. Bed was comfortable. Surfaces in the room (floor and table) were dirty and sticky. Air conditioner worked super well, which was great as we're having a heat wave. There was a mini fridge in the room that worked super well to keep water very cold. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good, with fruits, cakes, breads, cold cuts and some hot items. I would recommend this hotel for a younger generation.

Bom, mas poderia ter interesse em ser melhor.

Ficamos 15 dias e em nenhum momento a gestão do hotel ou até mesmo um colaborador direcionado para isso, perguntou se tinha algo à melhorar no hotel ou algo que poderia melhorar nossa experiência. Como não nos perguntaram, fica o direcionamento. Café: Atendentes atenciosos e prestativos. Porém, não conseguem manter os alimentos quentes (então coloquem um microondas para o cliente no mínimo). Ovo frio, leite sem lactose frio, muitas vezes o próprio café frio. Barulheira no café é terrível, precisa sinalizar que poderia ser um local de alimentação matutina e não reunião de bar. Quarto: Chuveiro péssimo, Box minúsculo, limpeza só onde o padre passa. Não parece existir um processo de troca de lençóis e limpeza de privada programada. Não dá para saber quando fazem essas duas coisas, pois nada tem cheiro de limpeza. Não deixam toalha de rosto nunca. Sempre precisa ficar pedindo uma toalha, pois deixam as duas toalhas de banho e uma de piso apenas. A porta deveria ter uma tranca interna, sem ser somente a eletrônica. Recepção: Nunca se sabe se terá um café cortesia ou não. As vezes tinha, as vezes não. Ou fornece sempre ou não fornece nunca.
