The town is located at the foot of Monte Capanne and is easily accessible by car. Leaving the main square, you walk down to the pebble beach on the southwest side of Elba. This beach is popular with snorkelers and divers, popular with families for its crystal-clear water, and a destination for windsurfers and kitesurfers due to the thermal winds that blow in the afternoon. Of particular interest is the wreck of the Elviscot, a small cargo ship that sank in 1972 after a violent storm that pushed it onto the Ogliera rock just a few dozen meters from the beach.

A two-room ground-floor apartment located in Pomonte, conveniently located just steps from the sea and near the Church of Santa Filomena. The apartment is located in a quiet area of ​​the town, about 100 meters from the sea.

The apartment consists of a living area with a gas stove and bunk bed, a double bedroom with a wardrobe and window, and a bathroom with a shower, hot water boiler, and a small window. A washing machine is available outside, shared with the other apartment. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are paid public parking lots about 50 meters from the apartment, easily accessible on foot.
A simple and functional solution for staying in Pomonte and enjoying the sea without having to use a car during your vacation.

Important Notes:
- Groups of Young People under 21 are not permitted
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM; for check-in after 8:00 PM, a €30.00 surcharge must be paid directly to the owner.
- Small pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels provided by the owner: €40 for a double set, including single use (request at time of booking). Not bookable on site
