I have stayed there a few times before, but it was the first time in 5 years. Surprised to see the rooms are the same, no improvement or upgrades. Same old issues, elevator not working, standing water in the shower. Staff is helpful, efficient and polite. Still a good option in Sao José, but needs improvement.

Safe neighbourhood good value hotel

Old fashioned hotel with large rooms, very clean and comfortable in good and safe neighbourhood. Walking distance to restaurants/bars. Lovely staff. Free parking onsite. Good value.

Recommended small hotel in good location

Good small hotel in Sao Jose dos Campos city. It is located close to restaurants and brazilian bars (walking distance). The hotel has a restaurant as well and a nice outdoors pool. The parking is free in a closed lot (safe). The bedroom was very clean and it was comfortable and spacious. The shower are was huge and nice. Recommended

Good area; works out for a short business trip

Came to SJC for a business trip; Ema Palace is very dated and service is average. Location is excellent as the neighborhood is lovely, safe, and there are many walking distance options. Included in your stay is a pass to a fitness club one street over so that is very nice. Overall the property is clean and safe but rooms need an overhaul.

Has the potential to be a very nice hotel

Very good neighborhood! The hotel has the potential to be really nice once some flaws are resolved: Carpets and breakfast are not nice! We have also disliked the fact that there was barely no warm/hot water in the shower and spa. The receptionist told us that they had experienced plumbing issues, and that it would be solved in no time. But it hasn’t! On the other hand, the hotel has a very nice pool, wide rooms and is located in a very attractive neighborhood!

No geral o hotel é bom, confortável. O estacionamento coberto é limitado de vagas e bem apertadas, porém, tem convênio com um estacionamento ao lado do hotel, com vagas descobertas. O café da manhã é razoável.... poucas opções. Não utilizei as opções de lazer.

O Hotel é ótimo. Refeição deixou a desejar.

Fiquei desapontada com a refeição. Demorou mais de 50 minutos (solicitei beeeem passado), a carne veio quase crua, voltou pra cozinha, demorou mais 15 minutos e continuava mal passada pedi que viesse bem passada, voltou pra cozinha, depois de mais 20 minutos minha refeição estava gelada e a carne veio completamente queimada, amarga. Paguei 55,00 e ficou lá todo o carvão que me entregaram. Quanto ao chuveiro, tive que ligar para informar que não estava saindo agua quente, somente a gelada.
