Muitos problemas na estadia

No geral foi razoavel. Pontos fortes: atendimento do recepcionista Ian, cafe da manha muito bom, perto da rodoviaria e camelodromo. Pontos fracos: piscina extremamente suja, sendo impossivel utilizar Porta do banheiro emperrando e sem maçaneta para abrir/fechar Chuveiro mal colocado, jogando mais agua pra parede que pro corpo Tv minuscula, e pegando apenas 1 canal congelando toda hora Faltou toalhas de banho

Terrível a estadia. A pior de todas.

Terrível, quartos sujos, lençol rasgado. Varandas não são varridas a tempos, bitucas de cigarro e baratas mortas, tv sem condições para o uso, empoeirada, não funcionam, fios jogados. Solicitamos a limpeza dos quartos e fomos informados que a limpeza ocorre após 3 dias de estádia. O curioso é que alugamos 3 quartos para 3 dias. Derrubei a toalha de banho não chão e ela ficou preta na hora, solicitei uma nova e não trocaram. O banheiro eu prefiro nem comentar, sem condições para o uso. Definitivamente foi a pior experiência que vivemos. Trabalhamos em obras por todo o Brasil e voltaremos para Aparecida mas, jamais ficaremos neste local, uma experiência decepcionante. Nas fotos e vídeos comprovam o que estou falando, lembrando que não é nada parecido com as fotos do vídeo. Ou seja, fomos enganados!!!!!! O hotel se assim pode se referir, esta abandonado e sem condições nenhuma para uso. LAMENTÁVEL.

Estadia ruim

Ao reservar o quarto, o mesmo parecia nas fotos sendo grande e com sacada, no momento do check in, q por sinal demorou quase duas horas, nos colocaram em um quarto pequeno, impossível ficar 4 pessoas em 4 diárias, depois de reclamarmos, nós colocaram no apartamento correto, mas não houve serviço de quarto nenhum dia, alegando que a limpeza era após 3 diárias, um absurdo, pois consta q a limpeza é diária, o café da manhã é razoável, mas a higiene do local é horrível, não tem interfone.O hotel fica numa boa localização, fácil acesso as basílicas.Recomendo antes de reservar, entrar em contato com o hotel para tirar dúvidas, e deixar tudo registrado, pois nas fotos é uma coisa e ao vivo é outra.

O recepcionista era muito atencioso e solicito, entretanto sobre a pousada, deixou muito a desejar. Encontrei manchas e cabelo nas toalhas e roupas de cama, limpeza precisa ser melhorada. As paredes precisam de pintura. Café da manhã apenas com suco de pó, não tinha suco natural. A entrada para a garagem tem uma tampa, meu carro é baixo e dificulta.

Básico não tão funcional.

Prós: - Ótimo Staff; - Café da manhã delicioso. Contras: - Choveu e entrou água no quarto; - Os cobertores estavam fedendo; - Camas pequenas; - Papel higiênico péssimo e não houve se que um kit higiene no banheiro como sabonete para lavar as mãos. - Banheiro do hall feminino estava entupido;
