Unfassbar gut ausgestattetes Haus direkt am Meer

Von Beginn an waren wir von der Modernität und der Ausstattung des Hauses beeindruckt. Wir wurden toll empfangen. Bei Problemen (kaputte Waschmaschine) wurde sich direkt gekümmert und wir hatten bereits einen Tag später eine neue Waschmaschine. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut fantastisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind lediglich 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Das Meer ist direkt zu sehen wenn man das Haus verlässt, der wunderschöne Sandstrand ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren wirklich begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!! Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen!

Liebevolle Gastgeber / erstklassiges Ferienhaus

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes war perfekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe An/Abreise erfolgte pünktlich und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist ist sehr sauber, modern ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage vom Haus ist günstig gelegen, Bäckerei und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke inklusive herrlicher Meerblick. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Leider hatten wir in unserer Urlaubswoche wirklich riesen Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber das Ferienhaus ist einfach wunderbar und es gab rein gar nichts daran auszusetzen. Praktisch fanden wir die Lage. Ein paar Restaurants sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Wir freuen uns darauf, bald einmal wieder zu kommen. Danke Marga!

Perfekte Unterkunft!!!

Wir waren im August das 2. Jahr in Folge in dieser schönen Unterkunft und erlebten wieder herzliche Gastgeber. Von dem Empfang und Ausstattung für den Start wie Obst, Kaltgetränke, Kaffee etc. bis hin zur überaus netten Verabschiedung mit einer Überraschung für unsere Kinder haben wir wieder die perfekte Unterkunft auf Mallorca erleben dürfen. Wir haben nach all den Jahren und bestimmt 15 verschiedenen Unterkünften auf Mallorca noch nie so ein so gut ausgestattetes und durchdachtes Haus erlebt mit einer 1A-Klimaanlage und Elektrik. Der Ort Sa Rapita prosperiert von Jahr zu Jahr mehr und es gibt inzwischen eine sehr gute Gastronomieszene. Es erspart einem zudem die komplizierte Anreise zum "Es Trenc" Strand, da dieser bereits zwischen Sa Rapita an der Marina und Ses Covetes anfängt. Mit Parkschein lässt es sich dort auch gut parken, man könnte sogar zu Fuß gehen... Wir können auch nach dem 2. Besuch das Haus bei dieser liebenswerten Familile aus Campos wieder einmal wärmstens empfehlen!

It can not be better, as wonderful as ever

We were now the second time, it is not better, we come again. In the Hasu everything is what you need. The beach is not far away, restaurant and shopping are nearby. The location is top, the description and the pictures agree to 100 percent. The whole house is absolutely great thought out top equipped. We feel really comfortable in this house, we will be back. Thank you Marga and Sebastian, see you again.

Wir waren im Juli 2017 im Haus von Marga und haben es sehr genossen! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr, sehr sauber und in einem super Zustand. Die Familie hat sich ganz großartig um alles gekümmert. Eine wirklich sehr freundliche, höfliche Familie. Es gab sogar eine tolle Erinnerung zum Abschied, ein traditionelles catalanisches Buch für unsere Tochter. Danke! :) Wir wären gerne länger geblieben Liebe Grüße aus Bremen

TOPP HAUS!

Zwei Jahre haben wir nun versucht, in der Hauptsaison dieses Haus zu bekommen... das Warten hat sich gelohnt! Ein warmer Empfang von den Besitzern mit tollen Startüberraschungen wie Obst, Kaffee, Wasser, Softdrinks...uvm. Das Haus ist in einem Topp-Zustand, alles renoviert uns sieht wie neu aus! Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, sogar Backformen gab es, einen Pürierstab und für alle erdenklichen Zwecke perfekt ausgesuchtes Equipment. Da können sich einige anderen Vermieter eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Zwei Bäder incl. Duschen machten bei 4 Personen ( davon 2 Kinder ) nach dem Strand Sinn! Super! Aber das Allerbeste war die geräuschlose Klimaanlage! Die Beste, die wir bisher erlebt haben. Die Technik wie Licht etc. war im Haus toll durchdacht und die Schiebetüren in allen Räumen ziemlich genial. In der Garage steht ein großer Tiefkühlschrank, wo man prima zusätzlich bevorraten kann. Dort findet man auch Liegen mit Auflagen, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme & Co. sowie eine große Kühltasche. Perfekt. Leider hatten wir es nicht geschafft den Grill auszuprobieren... Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage zum Strand von "Sa Rapita", beginnend am Jachthafen, ist zum Laufen möglich, aber mit dem ganzen Strandutensilien mit 4 Personen incl. Getränken dann doch zu lang. Man kann dort mit Parkuhr für EUR 5 am Tag gut parken ( Achtung! Kleingeld mitnehmen ). Man findet aber auch an der Küste vor der Tür die Möglichkeit ins Wasser zu gelangen, mit Badeschuhen kein Problem. Ein kleiner Sprungturm fand Begeisterung bei unseren Kindern und es ist schön, wenn einige Einwohner des Ortes am späten Nachmittag dort zusammenkommen. An der Küstenstraße lässt es sich sehr relaxt morgens joggen, so kommt man auch am Strand längs in 25 min. bis Ses Covetes oder in die andere Richtung bis zum Leuchtturm. Ansonsten ist der Bäcker mit sehr leckeren Gebäck & Brötchen einmal die Straße runter, genauso wie das Restaurant "S´Oratge" in der Parallelstraße können wir wärmsten empfehlen. Für größere Einkäufe kann gut in Campos einkaufen, u.a. bei Eroski, LIDL . Für können das Haus ohne Einschränkung wärmstens empfehlen und sollten wir wieder in diese Ecke von Mallorca wollen, dann in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank an Sebastien & Familie
