Very secluded but still within a small drive of anything someone would need. Very peaceful get away. Super cute (and very clean) cabin with touches of âtodayâsâ amenities!
We came at dark and had a hard time finding it. Our bad. I was so embarrassed. Brett was very kind and showed us the way...im so sorry. It has everything u need in a lovely setting. Watched the deer this morning. Thanks for a lovely respite. Deb and Chris
Very impressive little cabin all the comforts of home. Very peacful and quiet. My second time staying there! I will be back forsure. Highly recommend this place for seclusion and beauty! Very very nice!
Was very peaceful and quiet. The bed downstair is alittle unsturdy and the bees are pretty bad. But other than that the rest of the place is nice and clean with a fire pit and a little girll. Diffently good for a get away from society.
Can't recommend this cabin enough. This was our second stay here and we had an amazing time. Brett is a great host and makes sure the place is always clean and fully stocked. We always bring everything we need, but we wouldn't be missing anything if we didn't.You just can't beat the sense of tranquility this cabin provides. The plot of land is beautiful, with no neighbors in sight, even though they are there. We love everything about this place and will definitely be back!
Donât book this property like I did after reading reviews
Booked cabin weeks in advance. I even sent a message days before our trip after reading the most recent review that the owner canceled their trip last minute. I reached out asked if reservation was still all good to go. Hours before our arrival he canceled. I was already on the trip hours from home with my family with no place to go. Thank goodness I found another cabin in about 15 mins. This one seems sketchy and not run properly.
We reserved this cabin in July for a 10-year anniversary in October. We traveled 3.5 hours to stay only to find out once we were in the county that our reservation was canceled due to a hot water heater issue. We had nowhere to stay and it wasn't easy to find somewhere to stay that wasn't already reserved. The owner did reimburse us but I think he owed us more then a reimbursement. A free stay another time would have been more of a sincere apology.
Can't say enough good things about the cabin and our stay. It feels secluded and the views are amazing, yet there are neighbors nearby (but out of sight). It was very clean and well-maintained/updated as well and we will definitely be returning.
Canceled right before we got there after driving three freaking hours
We drove three hours to get to a property that we rented that at the last minute was told they canceled on us knowing they had problems without telling us before we left or we wouldâve made other arrangements
The cabin was very private and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the deer come to feed. This is a very rural area, so you will not find all of the typical chain stores or restaurants. Bring your own food and cook at the cabin. Eat on the deck and enjoy the quiet.
