The room was run down. The shower head was falling out of the wall the water never got hot. The Fresh air vent fell off the wall when we walked by and touched. We let the staff know early in the morning when we left for the day and was told they would fix it. We returned at 4:30pm and nothing had been done. We decided to just go home. Usually Hyatt is a fun get away but this place just feels dirty and run down. When we checked out I was told they would not be able to credit us anything because we booked thru hotels.com. The supervisor on duty at that time said she didnt understand why they didnt offer to move our room that morning. It was never offered. She also told us the manager would contact us but we have yet to hear from them.
