Currently there’s not a front entrance, everyone comes through an unsecured, side door. Although I felt safe enough, there’s not a keyed entrance , it’s open 24/7. The beds were comfortable and clean, the bathrooms were clean too. It’s outdated, but I say it’s not the same as most Hampton Hotels.

The room was very outdated, needed most things redone. The carpet, paint, furniture, and decor changed, it looked dirty. Everything from top to bottom, was very under standard for Hampton Inns. They are redoing the front desk, I hope they don’t stop there. The evening shift clerk, was a bit sketchy. Jittery and beet red, she was obviously on something. The marijuana fumes were present, not with her, but on the elevators. Breakfast was what I’m accustomed to, but no trays to carry food . If it’s too much information, I apologize, but I probably won’t go back to this location. I hope if something has changed with Hampton, this will fall into the right hands.

We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn! The room near the breakfast was under construction, so it was a little cool, but okay. And the breakfast was delicious!!!

Everything good , only the first day have an incident at 2am with fire alarm sounds and all the guest was evacuated to precaution and we can return to the rooms at 4 am when the fire department checked all the hotel .

Getting to the hotel was very harried as the property is under construction and especially after a long 11 1/2 hour day on the road. We were not advised of the construction and it made our arrival most difficult. Once we got in the hotel all was excellent, especially our well appointed room.

Besides the fire we had and waited outside for two hours nobody telling us anything. Nobody telling us where to go that was poor and nobody coming around saying what room were you in? We need to make sure everybody is out. Nobody did that and I was very surprised very unprofessional

If you’re going to offer breakfast, you need to do it well. Many items were empty and all coffee urns were empty. Hotel readiness typically involves sharing occupancy with managers that have guest facing departments. Clearly the manager watching over breakfast failed to use that data. Also, I would have expected to be told during the reservation process that huge sections of the parking lot were being ripped up.

The breakfast was great. Lots of choices with fresh fruit avaliable. The room was clean and temperature was easily adjusted. The bathroom and shower was great. Had a seat and grab bars. Staff were helpful and gracious. Would stay here again. Parking was great and convenient.
