The room did not have a microwave, and when I went downstairs to use the shared one, there were multiple ants crawling on and around it—completely unsanitary. The air conditioning in the room barely worked, making it uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness was poor: the floors were not properly swept, the hallway and stairs had not been vacuumed, and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell throughout the property. The doors also appeared poorly maintained and unprofessionally painted. Customer service was equally disappointing. When I called to ask about checking in slightly earlier, the staff hung up on me. I had to call back multiple times before finally getting through. Based on the condition of the room, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional service, I would rate this hotel an F."
