Great little studio
Loved our stay. Cute little condo and great location. Very clean and had everything we needed. The communication with the host was perfect and he was very helpful with anything we needed. Definetly would reccomend this listing.

Charming condo by the Sea
We really enjoyed our stay at the property and Andreas is very communicative and provides guests with a comprehensive guide book prior to the stay. He is also available at any time to take care of any issues (the area lost electricity one day and he kept us well informed until it was restored). He checked in with us regularly throughout the stay. It’s important to familiarize yourself with the check in process / instructions prior to your stay especially if you are arriving late / in the dark (which we did). The view of the sea is exactly what you see in the photos and it’s very relaxing on the balcony. The bed is somewhat small for 2 people, but doable. And there’s plenty of storage space to tuck your luggage / belongings. The condo is well appointed and has nice lighting / fixtures. There are just a few areas that could use a little painting / sprucing up. Location was great (~ 30 minute walk into town on the beach or 10 minutes by bike). Thank you Andreas for your responsiveness before and during our stay. Much appreciated and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful sunrises, sound of waves, blue water, palm trees and sunshine. We had everything we needed and the boat was so attentive! Just know in this area, the systems can't handle toilet paper, so it all goes in a waste basket. It took a little getting used to, but everything else was great!!!

Amazing condo on the beach
We thoroughly enjoyed this very small condo complex on the beach! The views are amazing. The pool is refreshing and we loved swimming in it everyday. Cushions are provided in the unit for relaxing on the lounge chairs by the pool. The condo is well set up with everything you need and actually quite spacious for a studio apartment. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a small meal and we liked having the toaster oven to re-heat up left overs and the blender to make margaritas. Puerto Morelos is a very wonderful Mexican town with lots of variety of restaurants, some with live music. We cycled into town every night for dinner and felt very safe cycling back after dark. We enjoyed getting to know the other renters and owners in this super cute complex. Andreas was amazing to deal with from start to finish! Communication with him was excellent! We appreciated the gallon of water supplied in the unit. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect little gem
We had an amazing time in Puerto Morelos! This little place was the exact vibe we were looking for. It has beautiful views. You can enjoy the sunrises from your bed or sit outside and have coffee on the balcony. It was peaceful and quiet (except for the sound of waves lapping up onto the beach) It was clean and well appointed with all the basics we needed in the kitchen. You can walk to town via the beach, rent a bike from Andreas, or take the short drive. It’s just far enough away from the downtown, but close enough to it to enjoy it anytime you want. The restaurants were all really good. Our host, Andreas, was so helpful and very quick to reply to questions. He made everything so easy for us. He gave us some great suggestions for restaurants and excursions.

Great little ocean view condo
We had such a great time in Puerto Morelos! The communication with Andreas was awesome, he kept us well informed about hurricane Ian, which luckily did not end up hitting Mexico, and he went above and beyond to try to help me out when the airline delayed our check bags. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for a little bit of meal preparation on your vacation. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was always clean. Unfortunately, the beach was not usable due to the sargassum but this is to be expected, with a pool overlooking the ocean you don’t need to be on the beach. It is a little ways out of town (20 min walk down the beach) so having bikes available for rent was very convenient. Large jugs of filtered water was provided so we didn’t need to buy it in town and bring it back which was great! AC worked great and so did the wifi. All in all, we were very happy with the condo, it was exactly as advertised and we can’t wait to come back.

Peaceful, tropical waterfront
This is a great place if you are looking for tranquility. A well-cared for small condo project (12 units) and the pool was great. Right on the beach for great sunrises...if you want to walk to town it's about 15 minutes down the beach; lots of options for dining and shopping there. Bikes are also available and you can make that ride in 5-10 minutes along the road. A pleasant discovery was that the Chedraui grocery can deliver! (there is an app or website for that) The communication with property manager Andreas was top-notch all the way.

Not as expected
When I booked this studio, the owner was so accommodating and helpful! I was really looking forward to my stay. Check in was a breeze and the caretaker was helpful. Unfortunately, the studio wasn't exactly as presented in the photos. It is definitely servicable and I would recommend it for budget travelers. It's a bit farther from the town center than I would like, but I didn't feel unsafe at all. The first morning I was there, the condo lost power. I have a medical condition that make it impossible for my body to regulate temperature. Normally, if I have access to AC, I can manage. But this property does not have a generator. My devices were losing power, my body was going into heat shock. I told the owner I would need to leave and would like a refund for the nights I didn't stay. ( I had purchased insurance). He refused and told me that I should give him a refund. Not sure how that would work since he had my money, not the other way around. I ended up being very happy in a place nearer to town, with a generator. I think the owner of this property was very nice and had there been no unforseen circumstances (power outage) I would have likely stayed but been a bit disappointed with the room.
