What an amazing gem! Great amenities and incredibly cute decor! Our pups had a wonderful time having zoomies in the safe, fenced yard. The view was beautiful and the location was only a short drive to all Asheville has to offer. We 100% recommend this property and would stay here again.

We loved the place. We celebrated my daughter’s 22nd birthday while we were there. It was so comfy, clean, and inviting. Quiet time outside Ashville

What a perfect home outside the hustle and bustle of Ash ille. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit at night while watching a perfect full moon at the bottom of a picturesque hill. The home was perfectly curated for an updated "step-back-in-time" vibe that instantly made you feel at home. Our little dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard and we all enjoyed the back porch. Perfect stay.

Great for near Asheville

We love how dog friendly Asheville is and this place was ideal. Nice fenced in yard complete with a place to sit and have morning coffee while the dog ran around. Nice rooms and nicer than average towels. Host was easy to work with.

Baseball Tournament

We came up to stay for a baseball tournament and brought our dogs along. It was just as described. The dogs absolutely loved the large fenced in yard. It was only 10 minutes from the ball-field which made it very convenient for that. We loved the decorations and made sure to greet Eugene! We would definitely stay here again

We had a great time at this cute house. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Sam was super responsive and our dog loved the fence yard. Close enough to Asheville but far enough to enjoy the mountains in a quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sam's property. The house was clean and a perfect set up for us and our dog. Sam thought of everything for our dog, including dog bowls, towels, and a clean up station. Our favorite amenity was the fenced in yard and firepit with a view of the mountains. We hope to come back again!

Fun for the whole family

We had a wonderful stay at Sam's cottage. It was clean and comfortable and wonderful for our dog. We left something behind and Sam was responsive and generous with sending it to us which we really appreciated! Great location too. We hope to return in the Spring.

Relaxing and Quiet

Property is exactly as pictured and so much more. Morning coffee by the fire pit looking out at the mountains with sunshine was so relaxing. Quick drive to breweries, Biltmore and eateries. The dogs loved the large fenced in yard..BONUS! The house is so cute and thoughtfully decorated. LOVED it here and we will be back!

Easy access to all of Asheville plus

Nice location! We visited all the major districts and found it fairly easy to get around, using our cell phone gps. At the end of our day we could chill out in a quiet area with a lovely atmosphere inside and out. A substantially sized, fully fenced yard gave us peace of mind for our two dogs.

Wonderful stay

We (couple w dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sam was a gracious host and the home was perfect for us. Extremely clean and the decor was close to how I decorate.
