Dirty and unpleasant

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty, furniture was old and broken, there were mosquitoes getting in through a broken bathroom window, the fridge was filthy, the bed linen and sheets were stained and the bathroom was unpleasant with a dirty toilet and old, rusty fixtures and fittings. We arrived late in the evening so had no choice but to stay one night. I had booked and prepaid for 2 rooms for 8 nights. The hotel was so bad we simply could not stay past the first night. I requested a refund for the remaining stay which the management refused. All in all it was a massive mistake booking this hotel, please do not make the same costly mistake

Our stay in this hotel was awesome, had a great time, it’s just 5 mins walking distance from Candolim beach and there are many good restaurants near the property at 5 mins walk. They also gave us early check in and late check out facilities on request. The receptionist was really very polite and welcoming,overall a nice and friendly staff. We plan again Just one thing,the geyser wasn’t working well. Otherwise all good

Very basic but quite comfortable. Breakfast was very unorganised. In a very good location near the shops bars and beach. The restaurant and bar on the complex wasn't open which was a shame but plenty of restaurants nearby. Swimming pool was ok but the sun beds were really dirty. We would return on a room only basis because of its good location.

Great budget hotel

It does what it says on the tin ! A great location with a comfortable room . Breakfast was adequate and a choice of 7 pools . Staff were friendly and helpful . We would have no hesitation going there again ! Great value for money for a basic 3 star hotel . Immaculately kept.

good for a last min choice of accommodation only

Apartment was very clean spacious and the mattresses were very comfortable. the pools were also well maintained, however the apartment was spartan with the exception of 4 small glasses, there was no cooking facilities, not even a spoon. There was no safe or minibar as per description however we did borrow a kettle from reception. Would I book same again? No there are several fully furnished private rentals at the same complex at a cheaper rate

Best hotel ever! Have stayed here for the last 7 years! Amazing staff and food. The best rooms are given and they are cleaned everyday.

Friendly and helpful staff, first class management and a lovely ambience make the Highland Beach a great place for a holiday. The Ambassador Suite with its two bedrooms/ensuites means my partner and I can also have a holiday from each other! Roomy, clean with presented grounds the hotel ticks all the boxes for me. Positioned close to the main road and beach, but secluded enough to be tranquil and calm. I cannot recommend it highly enough and am looking forward to my fourth stay in the near future.

Fint hotel

Vi var lidt skeptiske i forhold til rengÞringen efter at have lÊst feedback pÄ nettet, men de to ambassador suites vi havde booket, var rene og pÊne. Vi har ikke haft noget at udsÊtte pÄ rengÞringen. Generelt havde vi en fornemmelse af at rengÞring pÄ hele hotellet prioriteres hÞjt. Poolen var lÊkker og varm. Sengene komfortable. Maden kunne til gengÊld tÄle en opgradering, ligesom vi ikke kunne bestille noget af det, der stod pÄ menukortet under roomservice pÄ vÊrelset. De havde hverken kylling, nachos eller bananer! Morgenmaden begrÊnser sig til fÄ indiske retter, cornflakes og toast. De laver dog gerne Êg i alle afskygninger pÄ efterspÞrgsel. Der er heldigvis masser af gode restauranter lige i nÊrheden, sÄ dem benyttede vi os af i stedet :) Der er ikke langt til stranden, som ligger i kort gÄafstand.

Vi havde booket to ambassador suites, og de var sĂ„ fine. Vi var lidt skeptiske i forhold til rengĂžring efter at have lĂŠst anmeldelser, men der blev gjort sĂ„ pĂŠnt rent hver eneste dag. Generelt var vores fornemmelse, at rengĂžring bliver prioriteret hĂžjt. LĂŠkre pools! Morgenmaden kunne godt tĂ„le en opgradering. Der var ikke meget at vĂŠlge imellem. Der lĂ„ menukort pĂ„ vĂŠrelserne, men her var room service mangelfuld. De kunne ikke levere mad med kylling, nachos eller bananer! Vi spiste pĂ„ hotellet en gang, men igen var der mange af retterne, de ikke kunne lave. Der er heldigvis masser af andre gode restauranter tĂŠt pĂ„ hotellet, sĂ„ det var ikke noget problem for os. GĂ„afstand til stranden â˜ș

Average at best!

Unfortunately, as with all hotels in Goa 'DON'T TAKE ANY NOTICE OF THEIR WEBSITE! Rroom advertised with free water, English Paper and kettle (still waiting for the first two and got the kettle after 3 days of pestering. Bed comfortable but sheets changed once and towel not changed at all. View from one balcony was of rubbish dump which was a breeding ground for flies (killed over 50 on second night). The Hotel does have some good rooms, unfortunately, I didn't get one! It is a reasonable hotel for Goa but after checking out some others, I know where I will be going next time.

This was an amazing holiday.. im a wheelchair user and found the hotel accessible in most things for Goa. The hotel is central for most everything. Staff cant help you enogh and was spotless clean.. great 3 weeks thankyou

Rooms are big and spacious but thats as good as it gets padlock to lock door so you can't lock it if you are back in room before others. Not enough dpace at breakfast for amount of guests Rooms are not very clean and badly need upgrading Beds like bricks

Nice Hotel Close to Beach and local shopping

Front desk staff could smile more and give better service. Wifi hardly works, Desk staff had all sorts of excuses why Wi Fi not working. Pools were great, not enough deck chairs, had to give deposit for towels. Breakfast service very slow and confusing.
