Former 19th-century winemaker's house in the heart of the Loire Valley and the AOC Touraine-Amboise vineyard, at the gateway to the great châteaux of the Valley of the Kings (approximately 15 minutes from Amboise and 30 minutes from Chenonceau). Ground floor: living room/lounge, kitchen, toilet, shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed, shower room), (2 single beds), bathroom, toilet. Baby bed. WIFI access. Electric heating extra (depending on meter reading). Private enclosed courtyard of 100 m² with parking. 200 m² unfenced garden on a hillside. Cellar for bicycles. Included in the price: sheets (beds made). Non-smoking cottage. Bicycle rental in Dame Marie les Bois, approximately 10 km away. Former 19th-century winemaker's house in the heart of the Loire Valley and the Touraine-Amboise AOC vineyards, at the gateway to the great châteaux of the Valley of the Kings (approximately 15 minutes from Amboise, 30 minutes from Chenonceau). Close to the Chaumont gardens. Ideal cottage for two families. Very comfortable accommodation with three bathrooms. Hiking trails nearby (GR3 a few kilometers away), marked cycling routes near the Loire à Vélo cycle route. The owner offers a tasting trip to a local winemaker.
